Sagiada Homes, consists of 5 brand new fully furnished and equipped townhomes of about 65 sq. meters each. Each has a full size refrigerator freezer, full size oven and ceramic cook top, 8 kg load washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, cooking pots and pans, utensils, dishes and glasses, as well as all the necessary bedlinens, towels etc.

The apartment is a part of a big house on the ground floor. The property is 45 square meters and has 2 small bedrooms, kitchen, private bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. It has covered parking free of charge, barbecue area and a lot of playground for kids. The price is for 2 adults (For extra third or fourth people you pay additional charge). Also there is a State tax 8 euro per day which you pay in cash upon arrival.

There is a big room with a double bed ,kitchenette, and a small room with a single bed ,(suitable for a kids bedroom or a cosy sitting room) ,a bathroom. It can sleep 3 or maybe 4 people.
