Nice house in a nice place in the village. Car in the garden and wonderfully quiet. A supermarket 100 meters away and a restaurant 150 meters away Definitely recommended

Calm and easy place to stay! The host is nice and quick in response! It is a nice small apartment with very easy access. There is a beautiful lake around the city. The price is a normal for two persons and a bit higher when you alone!

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived at Villa Petra: a beautiful and super cosy house in an outstanding area of beauty. We had everything we needed and the hosts were some of the most responsive and friendlier hosts I have ever come across, sometimes responding within seconds from asking them a question!!! It’s hard to describe the tranquility and unique charm of the house and the area, you just have to experience it for yourselves to appreciate how precious they are. Thanks so much to the hosts for everything, such speedy and helpful responses, while on holiday in somebody else’s home, are very hard to find, they stand out. Go visit the Prespes area and stay at Villa Petra, you will not want to leave, ever! I promise you that.

A stunning little apartment in the historic center of Ioannina! Dimitris was very welcoming and flexible with our check-in, and we felt right at home (they even provided cookies from the local bakery). Would come back anytime, this was the perfect stay for our Easter weekend. :)

Nice apartment in the city center (10 minutes walk from Pavsilippo Park), smartly designed, fully equipped (very pleasant surprises/amenities), with a very nice terrace. Communication with Athanasia was impeccable from the first moment.

It was a great 3 days in Mr. Yannis' beautiful little house! The space is like in the photos, very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The heating from the fireplace gave a nice ambiance and the access to wood was plentiful. The location is very quiet but also very close to the surrounding villages. The hosts were friendly and protective of our dog too! We highly recommend it and would like to go again!

The house was on the 2nd floor where you climb with stairs there is no elevator, this didn't bother us though! The house was just like the photos! The sheets and towels smelled clean, and my favorite had a heater to warm up at night! It also has a very nice big balcony with a table to sit outside. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no new kitchen sponge. However, if I visit Ioannina again I will choose the same house which is just 9 minutes drive from the center!! I recommend it!

One of the best apartments I've rented. Everything was just like the description and photos. Warm apartment, even had a dehumidifier! What struck us was the very good materials used and the excellent consumables (towels, sheets, etc.). The host is also excellent, friendly and always helpful. Ideal for a stay of 3 people or more.

The place was great, very thoughtful, and clean. In a very good location, we went to the center of Ioannina on foot. It was next to restaurants cafes and bars. Worth a visit!!! 5 ⭐️ are few!!!

The studio is small, but it's in a perfect location. Everything is within walking distance. Excellent and friendly communication too!

I had a wonderful stay in Ioannina! The apartment is in a central location, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The room was very clean, comfortable, and just as shown in the photos. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with check-in and anything else I needed during my stay. I would definitely choose this place again next time I visit Ioannina!

Mrs. Maria and her husband are amazing. Although we only stayed at their place two nights we understood a lot. Polite , always available, and helpful hosted us in their wonderful guesthouse, and we haven't had a complaint. The house will be our priority in future excursions to their places! I recommend booking the “Hangi” space offered as an extra amenity if you are company.

We had a great time staying at Maria's place! The house was spacious in a great location, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Maria was very hospitable and available whenever needed.

We absolutely loved Konaki. It’s such a special and unique place. The history of the building is very cool and it is so relaxing and quaint. Also has all the comforts of modernity despite its age & rustic charm. Artemis was extremely helpful and had great suggestions for hikes and activities. Everyone at Montanema was so wonderful and our stay was absolutely magical! We can’t wait to return.

Very pleasant stay and as a guest you feel the aura of this calm and peaceful place . We were a group of 7 people and didn't feel uncomfortable for a moment . Spotless space , cozy and very beautiful rooms !!!

Summary: Superb experience! Maria's place is wonderful, situated in the centre of Agios Germanos, a lovely mountain village nestled above the Prespa Lakes. The property is located next to a little stream and one minute walk to the local Taverna. Maria and Thanos are perfect hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Once you walk through the gate into their courtyard, you find yourself in a quiet little oasis with a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was lovely, a main apartment split onto two levels, spotlessly clean with everything you need plus some welcome gifts. Other breakout spaces on the property were also available to use, e.g. an outdoor kitchen and dining area and lounge room supplied with drinks. We had breakfast on the lawn every day and Maria makes delicious local savoury pies and cakes. They also have an organic vegetable garden behind the main property where they grow just about anything you can think of. We were invited to fill a basket with aubergine, spring onion, courgettes, beans, potatoes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes ... The Prespa Lakes area is a paradise for nature lovers. Bird watching, hiking, boat tours on the Great Prespa Lake, or just a picnic next to one of the little streams. All this in a spectacular landscape of a tranquility that has become so rare in our days... And the nights are fresh, even in the hot Greek summer, so good sleep is guaranteed! If you want to reset and reconnect with nature, this is the place to be.

The house was a traditional almost 100 years old, putting you into the mood of the village and the surroundings. It was clean with a beautiful view of the Lake.
