Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Decentralized Administration of Epirus and Western Macedonia

As local, cosy, and homey as it will ever get!! We felt like we were truly staying in someone’s home, with beautifully hand-carved wooden furniture in the entire apartment. The host who might’ve been Despoina’s grandmother even greeted us even at 3 am after our delayed flight to Athens. She was super sweet!! As we were leaving the next morning, she picked fresh flowers in her garden and gave them to us. She then waived us goodbye as we got in our cars and drove away.

We had an amazing stay at La Casa In Salita! This was our 4th visit to Parga and after a busy week with family for our wedding, we chose to stay here for our honeymoon! We loved the location - close to everything and right in the thick of it but still quiet and relaxing! I had concerns about the bar In front of the apartment however this was not a problem at all and the music couldn’t be heard. La Casa In Salita is a beautiful little home with lovely quaint touches making it feel very homely. We especially enjoyed the bathroom - so spacious and luxurious. The hosts were a great help. Collecting us from our previous accommodation and helping with our bags. I would recommend trying their lovely bakery too - Achilleas - they sell delicious sweet treats which are too good to resist! Minutes away from bars, restaurants and shops - it is the perfect location to explore beautiful Parga. I’m sure we’ll be back on one of our nexts visits!

Very nice little house. The host is welcoming and had prepared welcome gifts for us. Everything was clean and pleasant. Close to the monasteries, but in a quiet and pleasant place.

Come for the scenic and peaceful village setting with easy access to Meteora; stay for two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Anastasia and Stephanos are incredibly warm and generous hosts. The renovated stone house is comfortable and well-equipped with heating and air conditioning, plus a unique decor, chock full of lights and mirrors created by Stephanos from found wood. Anastasia plied us with her delicious cooking and fresh local foods. With June weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor tables, the hammock, and the shaded balcony and patio. The area is spectacular; mountains rise from their backyard, and if you are very lucky Stephanos might take you on a walk in them. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, street market, etc. are minutes away in the town of Pili, but try the terrific souvlaki in the village square if you eat meat. Pro tip: Google Translate is super helpful. Meteora brought us to Anastasia and Stephanos; then we just did not want to leave, and we will be back!

Maria was a wonderful host from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos—stylish, spotless, and as comfortable as a boutique hotel. It’s also exceptionally well equipped: we cooked every day and never found the kitchen lacking a single item. We stayed for ten days with two babies, and Maria had truly thought of everything. She left a baby bathtub and cribs ready for us, and when we asked for a high chair she brought one over right away. The garden was another highlight—perfect for relaxing while the little ones played. Maria’s local tips were spot-on. Thanks to her recommendations we discovered wonderful beaches, great restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The village itself is peaceful, with a lovely bakery, and it’s an easy drive to Ioannina, the Zagori villages, and the coast. In short, Maria’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

This is a top little apartment located on the edge of Konitsa, with scenic views to the mountains. It was perfect for two adults. There is a lovely patio for breakfast or drinks. After a couple of minor problems, which were resolved quickly, it ended up being a lovely four days in one of the prettiest places we visited on our road trip in Greece. The centre of the village is easily accessed on foot, provided you are not physically impaired. There is a great baker, butcher, green grocery and super markets. You are spoiled for choice, with many restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Apartment was great close to everything you need , clean and welcoming. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Had an absolutely great trip will be back.

Dimitris was incredibly knowledgeable about the area & provided great information. The location was perfect, being on a quiet street but only a 1-2 block walk to restaurants/bars. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was centrally located and was a walkable distance to town. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and enjoyed sitting on the deck after a long day of hiking. Konstantinos thoughtfully left bread, butter and jelly for breakfast and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

The apartment is near the center of the town. There's lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was tidy and cozy. The owner introduced us a reasonable car rental shop. There's also a lot of introduction pamphlets just on the desk. They were helpful.

Everything went very well at Thomas and Georgia's, we were welcomed very well and they were attentive to our needs! We didn't miss anything with our two kids who are 2 and 5 years old . The apartment is very clean, quiet, in a residential area very well located for exploring the area. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality!

Elena was by far the most courteous and friendly host I've ever had! My arrival was delayed due to flight and rental car and Elena was extremely understanding despite the late time of my arrival! Due to the late hour, she helped me directly with something to drink and eat, for which I am very grateful. Communication was absolutely smooth and fast! She also took the time to explain the paths to and in Meteora in detail. Overall, Elena is a very nice and hospitable person... and the apartment was also great (central, clean, well equipped, etc.) :)

Location, location, location is just fantastic. if you like to see beautiful sea straight from your balcony this is a place for you. The view is to die for! I would highly recommend. Apartment is very clean and perfect for a couple. We spent a lot of time enjoying balcony as well. Bed mattress is firm.
