Staying at the home was a special experience! A gorgeous house in a quiet hamlet with only noise the sweet voices of the birds of the area. Warm space and literally (full heating and fireplace) and figuratively. Very clean. The owner was very helpful, gave us accurate instructions as well as information about the places we could visit. Nice work, keep it up!

Nikos place is absolutely immaculate. It is very functional and has been renovated with attention to every detail. A beautiful spot in the Ioannina castle. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family if available.

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived at Villa Petra: a beautiful and super cosy house in an outstanding area of beauty. We had everything we needed and the hosts were some of the most responsive and friendlier hosts I have ever come across, sometimes responding within seconds from asking them a question!!! It’s hard to describe the tranquility and unique charm of the house and the area, you just have to experience it for yourselves to appreciate how precious they are. Thanks so much to the hosts for everything, such speedy and helpful responses, while on holiday in somebody else’s home, are very hard to find, they stand out. Go visit the Prespes area and stay at Villa Petra, you will not want to leave, ever! I promise you that.

The house is just as advertised, comfortable beds,everything perfect for spending a few days,it is within the walls of the castle, next to the lake, very central and beautiful area but at the same time quiet, I loved the stay there and repeat. The house at first to find it can be a bit lusty but once q te locicas is super easy,tb es q we arrived at night and the taxi driver did not check with the street ,I recommend this place without a doubt

One of the best apartments I've rented. Everything was just like the description and photos. Warm apartment, even had a dehumidifier! What struck us was the very good materials used and the excellent consumables (towels, sheets, etc.). The host is also excellent, friendly and always helpful. Ideal for a stay of 3 people or more.

The apartment was a great choice for our stay. It was clean, tidy and functional, with comfortable spaces and a well-equipped kitchen that met our basic needs. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and practical. Although we traveled in the winter, the heating was efficient and the space kept warm and pleasant. Its location was particularly convenient as it was close to the center but generally without disturbing noise. The apartment building was relatively modern, with good frames that contributed to the quiet. The view to the lake was very beautiful and the fireplace added a warm, relaxing atmosphere, enhancing our experience. In addition, the host was kind and helpful, willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, the apartment met our expectations and our stay was pleasant.

Stefan's place was very nice. The pool was great. It was about a 20 minute walk to the old town and the restaurants. Overall a great place to stay.

Summary: Superb experience! Maria's place is wonderful, situated in the centre of Agios Germanos, a lovely mountain village nestled above the Prespa Lakes. The property is located next to a little stream and one minute walk to the local Taverna. Maria and Thanos are perfect hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Once you walk through the gate into their courtyard, you find yourself in a quiet little oasis with a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was lovely, a main apartment split onto two levels, spotlessly clean with everything you need plus some welcome gifts. Other breakout spaces on the property were also available to use, e.g. an outdoor kitchen and dining area and lounge room supplied with drinks. We had breakfast on the lawn every day and Maria makes delicious local savoury pies and cakes. They also have an organic vegetable garden behind the main property where they grow just about anything you can think of. We were invited to fill a basket with aubergine, spring onion, courgettes, beans, potatoes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes ... The Prespa Lakes area is a paradise for nature lovers. Bird watching, hiking, boat tours on the Great Prespa Lake, or just a picnic next to one of the little streams. All this in a spectacular landscape of a tranquility that has become so rare in our days... And the nights are fresh, even in the hot Greek summer, so good sleep is guaranteed! If you want to reset and reconnect with nature, this is the place to be.

The house was a traditional almost 100 years old, putting you into the mood of the village and the surroundings. It was clean with a beautiful view of the Lake.

The entire family including the cousin came to greet us. They brought cake and beer and told us where to go for history. The house was large and had everything you would need to cook in . Dimitreos was funny and responsive to our needs. The only thing we found we didn’t like was the only restaurant in town. A great place to have a beer but the food was terrible. Don’t go there if you can avoid it. The lake was great to swim in and quite warm, well for Seattle people at least. Hope to return here soon

We absolutely loved Konaki. It’s such a special and unique place. The history of the building is very cool and it is so relaxing and quaint. Also has all the comforts of modernity despite its age & rustic charm. Artemis was extremely helpful and had great suggestions for hikes and activities. Everyone at Montanema was so wonderful and our stay was absolutely magical! We can’t wait to return.
