Elena is a very nice person, with a great personality, very communicative and helpful. The house is great, with everything that you need for a good stay, also very clean. It is a beachfront house, you have to walk max. 50m to the beach. The beach is mixed, stone and sand, it is quite private and very clean. I would warmly recommend that house to everyone. Great stay here! Gorgeous flat with fantastic view. In a great spot in Gaios near beaches and restaurants but was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and cozy. Athina was friendly and helpful. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Elisavets place is amazing. Right on the water and close to the town. Elisavet and her husband were great, fetching us from the ferry and always making sure we had what we needed. Very friendly and would absolutely return here.

We had a really great stay in Parga. The apartment is nice and quiet away from the main part of town but still a close walk. Hope to stay again!

If looking to come to Kavos, I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay. From the moment we booked, Grigoris was in contact with us straight away and made us feel completely at home. Sandy beach was an amazing place to stay. Not only was Grigoris helpful but everyone else that worked there too was outstanding. The food was amazing, the cleaners were brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time travelling to Greece and Grigoris really made us feel at home. The facilities around Sandybeach are amazing too. There is a beach with sun loungers, a shop across the street and a nearby ATM. The room we had was very clean and the cleaners were there every morning to have clean towels for us and to change the bins. The bed linen was very clean and you couldn’t have asked for a better room. Overall I want to thank Grigoris so much for his brilliant hospitality and when I come back to Kavos again I will definitely be booking to stay in Sandybeach. Yamas Grigoris!

Everything was impeccable. Very clean space. The people very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area, a very large area with very well-maintained orange trees. It had streets and the kids could skate and had a court for basketball , football or any other activity. The space was closed so you felt safe. Individual parking. Even though we enjoyed the pool in April. The house is just like in the photos , tidy , clean , with everything you need in the kitchen mainly. The nearest sea 3' by car or 6' on foot. A small paradise with a lot of nature and mainly offers the tranquility and warmth that we all seek on vacation!!!

Easy walk to Acropolis and surrounded restaurants and shops. Fantastic location

Lovely Villa located on an idyllic island. We were 3 adult couples that came to Paxos for a relatives wedding. This Villa was perfect with 3 en-suite bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, private outdoor spaces for all fresco dining , barbecue area and a superb pool. There is a beach just below the Villa 50m away which was very private. We hired 2 quad bikes and a motor scooter to explore the island and the numerous beach bars. We are already planning a return visit next year hopefully to Villa Sophia. Thanks Sofonios, we had a great holiday

We loved the island and the house so much we extended our stay - but it isn’t for everyone. The island is very beautiful, unspoiled, peaceful and feels remote. There are no shops and very few people - and that is partly why we loved it. We had long lunches at one of the four nearby restaurants on the beaches and went for long walks exploring. Recommend doing both. The house works well. The view is amazing and we spent hours just watching the sea. It has all the facilities we needed and more. Locals very friendly, generous and helpful.

We just came back from a wonderful stay at Alexander. The views from the villa is absolutely stunning. The host was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything. The only thing we wish we'd known beforehand was that all barbecues was banned, which is something we really looked forward to and was part of the reason we chose this villa. There were water issues while we were there, but the host was very good at trying to manage this even though this was outside her control. Overall we'd love to return to Villa Alexander and would highly recommend anyone else to stay here too.

Excellent host and good communication. We really enjoyed this place. Plenty of space and nicely decorated, with a unique vibe. Being able to breakfast with a unique view on the sea. semi private beach, outdoor shower...would have loved to extend our stay...you will not regret this experience...warmly recommended

We loved the place! Christine is a great host and the house/apartment full filled all our expectations. Clean and very well equipped for a family of five. The patio is great and the interior feels fresh. It’s a good location and close to both beaches and the cozy town, harbour and restaurant area. As long as you do not mind walking in stairs, but that holds for most of Parga!

Wonderful place to stay. Huge house with private garden and next to the sea. We were with the family of 4 people and two kids and had a very comfortable week! Enough space for everybody. Recommend to everybody.

It was a delightful experience, Katerina and her parents are excellent hosts. The apartment was spotless, spacious and with all the amenities. Special mention to the Nespresso coffee maker, so to enjoy your espresso. The only thing that you have to have in mind is that there is no Wi-Fi available, and the area has a poor signal reception. In one part of the house we got good signal from NOVA provider, so with a mobile phone in hot-spot mode, we managed. For the rest, you can't ask for more, really a great experience.

The apartment of Eutimios is a real homebase with a nice patio looking over the sea. located at the quiet part of the beach and off the road it is really chilltime 😀. his father is living above and always helpful, very convenient if neede!

Katerina was so helpful we did hade problems with Airbnb but she fix it for us so fast so we are really thankful!! It was the great place to stay with big family and the kids . We did hade best sound on the evening ( ocean) . You have everything you need for good and relaxing time. We hade best neighbours so helpful and kind. the only thing was that it was to warm to sleep on the 3 floor ( no air conditioning) during hot days its I little bit challenging to sleep. It’s private place and you can take long walk in the morning . The place is the home ! We definitely gonna come back ! Take Lidl and the other supermarket is just 6 min with car and remember it’s close on Sunday.

Michael & Markos were so kind and helpful! The communication was great and they even drove us to the port when we wanted to do a cruise. The place looked even better than the pictures, it was clean and had everything we needed. They gave us great tips for local activities and were generally great hosts! We went there before the season started so it was rather quiet and there was not a lot going on, but you can take nice walks in nature and explore the beaches! Thank you!!

The apartment has a fantastic view on the Sivota bay. You need the car to reach Sivota and other beautiful beaches, but you can reach them with a short car drive. The apartment has the sun the full day but a really good air conditioning mitigate the hot temperatures during the summer. The terrace is really nice to eat with a beautiful panorama. Supermarket and bakery are not far, 15 minutes walking or a couple of minutes by car. Orestis and his wife are always available and suggested us places to visit.
