We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is right on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it's not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The furnishings are great, the existing SUP is a big plus and also allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

we work super friendly and felt right at home. Karlo showed us around the house and was very helpful. The house itself is spacious and everything was clean. Nice beds and well enjoyed the pool. Really recommend!

We've never been to this place before and fell in love right away! Beautiful little place, very familiar and harmonious! The hosts were super accommodating, always available and very helpful! We look forward to our next stay!🥰

the accommodation was as described and, moreover, very high-quality. Everything is functional and numerous and sufficient. Great coffee machines, very good and helpful kitchen utensils, so cooking is fun. the gym is also superbly equipped. we felt completely comfortable and will certainly come back thank you!!

Valentin was a wonderful host! Probably the best airbnb I ever stayed in. The house is wonderful, the garden is big and the pool perfect. Even the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There weren’t too many fruits left in the garden but we were allowed to eat them and there is also a fire place for a barbecue. I definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely place, quiet and peaceful, and a great host.

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

We enjoyed our stay at Lucija's place, this one was the perfect host! The place was very clean and well appointed, we didn't miss anything. Lucija herself was extremely friendly and helpful and responded very quickly to our messages. Upon our arrival, she even provided us with drinks and food for free, which of course we were very happy about. Lucija was also very flexible with regard to our departure and key handover and kindly let us stay in the accommodation even longer than originally stated. We highly recommend the place.

We had an amazing stay in this property and our hosts were amazing with everything from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the outside space is amazing with the pool and outdoor eating options. Highly recommended.

Communication, check in and everything was good. The place itself is amazing. Everything’s new and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had so much fun!

Our extended family (6 adults, 2 children, and a baby) stayed here for a week. Our arrival flight was delayed and we arrived at 4 a.m., but Ante arranged the check-in without any problems, so we had an amazing first impression. The accommodation was exactly as described—and even a little more. We were extremely happy with everything. There was enough space for all of us, and everything was clean. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the pool area every day. We can't praise this villa enough! Ante and his family are genuinely kind and helpful people.They respected our privacy, but whenever we needed help, they were there. I wish there were more people like them.

Highly recommended! Communication with the hosts could not have been better. Always been helpful if you have questions about the accommodation or which restaurants, for example, are recommended!

We were a total of 4 boys and had a great stay. Natalija and her husband Mate are super friendly and do everything to make your vacation easier. Due to the fact that we were allowed to check in earlier and could even decide on the day of departure when we wanted to check out, the vacation became even more relaxed. Mate even took us to the airport. The house is (except for the loungers by the pool) exactly as seen on the pictures and very clean and tidy. There are pretty much all the kitchen utensils and also spices, coffee, coffee filters and much more. The house is quite remote, but still easy and quick to reach with a car. Without a car, however, it is more difficult, as at least out of season there is hardly any bus and there are no timetables. Overall, it was a great stay and we would be happy to come back.

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has an en-suite bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor is another double bedroom with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with the bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with a pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very kind host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

Super nice place to stay, with pool and plenty of comfort, extremely nice hostess. Very child and family friendly (high chair, baby cot, children's dishes, games,...). You can visit Perfect Zadar, the Plitwitzer Lakes, the Krka waterfalls and plenty of beautiful beaches and islands from here. The house is well equipped. Ana left us fruit, wine, coffee, sweets for our children,... on arrival. We were able to barbecue in the garden. In the evening we sat by the cozy oven. Really beautiful (even with sea view) and definitely recommended!!! We say thank you!

The accommodation was very nice and private - 20 minutes from the airport and the sea. 10 minutes from a larger store. The hosts were prompt and very friendly, they left us a lot of drinks and food for the accommodation and advised us on anything we needed. We loved it there and thank you.

Wonderful villa, everything you would need & more! Fabulous for a quiet vacation, but only a short drive and you are at the lakes . Pool and hot tub were perfect and spotless ! Lovely outdoor bbq area , and play area for kids. House itself had everything, spacious and spotless … showers were excellent and beds were super comfortable. Lucija was very kind and gave us fresh eggs and cherries . She was alway on hand if we needed to query anything, yet also had our privacy. Will definitely be back again . Thank you Lucija for a wonderful villa and surroundings .

It's been a wonderful week ☺️ The house is the same as in the pictures beautifully 🤩 a super great location, clean, we felt sooo comfortable right away. Luka is soooo nice, we definitely made new friends. The pool, cleanliness, everything was perfect 🤩 We will be back anytime.
