It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Views of the Siuslaw River, coastal mountains on both sides. Two bedrooms and bath on the main floor, finished attic with three twin beds, two living areas, and basement. There are two houses on this property and another cabin next door. All are independen,t free-standing houses and can be rented together or separately. The house was built in the 50's and still has a "cabin" feel. Cozy and spacious for a family.

Our comfortable and well appointed apartment has beautiful views of the orchards and farm fields that surround us. Our small horse farm will make you feel calm and serene as you enjoy your stay at the Roddy Ranch. Please be aware, this is an upstairs apartment.
