Dit gloednieuw gebouwde royale huis gelegen in de parel van Drenthe (Havelte) ligt aan een heerlijk natuurlijke zwemplas waar het koude bronwater voelbaar langs je lijf omhoog stroomt. Het huis heeft drie ruime en zonnige slaapkamers en twee frisse badkamers. De tuin van ruim 600 m2 heeft een eigen houten steiger en een zandstrandje vanwaar je meteen het frisse water in kunt duiken.
