The polder cottage is an oasis of peace in the middle of the Randstad. It has recently been renovated and has all the comforts. The WiFi works great in all areas. Perfect place for vacation and to be able to work quietly. The polder cottage is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).

The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
