Directly on open boating and fishing waters. The old port and the beach are very close. The cottage is an old storage room from the former lock to the Zuiderzee. The Birdhuis is a lovely, detached vacation home, set at "the Idzegaasterpoel". Also close to the Heegermeer and overlooking the beautiful Frisian lands. The house is comfortable and offers you the opportunity to fully enjoy peace, cozy togetherness and the beautiful surroundings. Renting a sailboat (Falcon) or canoe's, which you can moor at the house, is one of the possibilities.

For rent beautifully located Swedish cottage (Stugor) on the Frisian Fluessen in the harbor of the Koggeplaet in Elahuizen Friesland with a wonderful view of both the harbor and the Frisian Fluessen. The Fluessen is part of the Oudegaasterbrekken Nature Reserve. Great for 4 people. Sailing, surfing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking, golfing, terrace, it's all possible! Enjoy!

We had a great stay with our 3 children. The terrace is secure (it should be possible to block the small gate on the side for little ones). The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The house has all the essentials for a pleasant stay (maybe add a small toaster). We would recommend this place to our friends without hesitation. Thank you to our host.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Great as a starting point for beautiful bike rides. We enjoyed the particularly large green natural garden with a square on the canal and with it the many bird voices we heard. Nearest larger place with all imaginable shopping by bike about 15 minutes away.

We had a nice midweek with Atsje and family. The cottage was nicely located on the waterfront. The cottage is tastefully and efficiently furnished. We have been using the Kayak. The setting is beautiful for cycling. The cozy shopping street of Joure is recommended!

Dimitri's large chalet with large terrace is very nicely furnished, spacious and well located (quiet holiday home settlement in the private harbor of Elahuizen) and is ideal for a relaxing time for two. The chalet is new, the check-in preparation was perfect and Dimitri is always striving to answer all questions and requests directly and ensure a good stay even during the stay. The area is ideal for cycling, water sports of all kinds and for excursions to the small Frisian villages in the area. Important note. Unfortunately, there are many spiders throughout the area (due to the lake location), but the chalet is comprehensively equipped with screens and everything is great inside. We'll happily come back anytime.
