On arrival Frisian Surprise! Directly on the water with a secluded south-facing garden is our house for five people. Three bedrooms, three bunk beds (mattress size 90x200), one double bed (two mattresses of 90x200 against each other in bed frame). Washing machine. Tap water pH neutral! (per 1/12), Boat rental in the area, mooring at home. Water is good bathing water (summer). In the immediate vicinity is the Lemsterstrand with heated swimming pool. Lemmer is a cozy village with many amenities.

Holiday villa on Fluessenmeer, possibly with sloop

Our 8 pers. (4 adults /4 children (< 16 years old) /max 1 dog) holiday home has been completed this summer in 2023 and completely new: luxuriously finished and complete with all amenities. The house has a beautiful view of the Fluessenmeer and has a large garden where children can play cozy. Within walking distance is a cozy harbor with a nice Eetcafé de Fluessen and it is also possible to rent sloops, sailboats, etc. In 7 min you will be in Balk of Woudsend and in 20 minutes already in Sneek!

Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Super nice house in the center - 1 to 6 people.

A surprising house right behind the main street with a cosy living room. Experience the home feeling on holidays! It certainly isn't a standard vacation home. Good beds, nice shower and spacious toilet. With a location right in the center but still quietly located. Coffee and tea are of course ready as well as pepper and salt and all other kitchen supplies. You come by yourself, with your partner or with children, it all fits in 3 comfortable rooms. The apartment is located in a very idyllic, quiet place in the beautiful Frisian Landscape near the IJsselmeer. Originally, the loft was a cooking studio, where delicious dishes were cooked. The loft is spacious and has been completely converted since June 2020. It offers a lot of privacy, tranquility, a private terrace (with rural views) and free parking.
