Come here relaxed with your sweetheart, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find peace and quiet here and you will wake up to the girls, blackbirds and sparrows.(sometimes Sunday of the church bells). Our house on the Koggeplaet in Elahuizen has a beautiful unobstructed view over the Fluessen, with a terrace on the lake. There is also a terrace at the harbor and a sheltered seating area! Our house is in the middle of the water sports area of Friesland. A beautiful place for sailing, swimming, cycling, hiking or skating! And a golf course and the forest are also close by! From July 4 to September 5, we rent our house per week (or several weeks). Arrival and departure day is Friday.

Ideal stay to stay with children. In a quiet place in the park with 400 m2 of private land. A games room for the little ones and games for young and old. Watch a DVD on a rainy day. In the summer, there are plenty of facilities in the park, such as a bouncy cushion, swimming beach and playground equipment. Animation during school holidays from the north. Nice villages within 5 km such as Langweer and Joure. You are at the edge of the forest with hiking trails and a golf course.

Directly on open water and fishing waters. The old harbor and the beach are very close. The cottage is an old storage room of the former lock to the Zuiderzee. Therefore, it has a unique character and feels like you are staying on the water. Suitable for a (married) couple, possibly with two children. There is one bedroom and a loft where 2 young people can sleep. At the front is a sunny garden and at the back a jetty on the water where 2 canoes are ready. ☀️

These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful unobstructed view over the Poelen, the Weisleat, in the middle of the Frisian lakes area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electrosloep! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh sandwiches. But also a day trip over the Frisian lakes is a quiet sensation!
