Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

The location in the heart of Lemmer is great. The view of the boats in the canal gives you an instant vacation feeling. The unique bed and breakfast is located on the upper floor of the house. From your French balcony, you can look out over the water (the Dok) and the boats passing by. The entire floor has been converted into a large luxury guest house with a separate bedroom. Warm materials such as wood, reeds and rattan determine the atmosphere. Serene, tasteful and with a high level of finish.

Kitchen block (no cooking facilities) but fridge, coffee and tea. Luxurious new bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. In the haystack possibility for relaxation. You can have breakfast in your own room or in the tea garden. The (electric) bicycles can be used at an additional cost.
