Great stay for a work trip! Walking distance to the pub for dinner, home was clean and comfortable :) thanks for having us!

What a find! Peter & Yoshie’s place is amazing. The location is lovely, so close to the beach and local amenities. We ate in, but the cafe opposite is obviously very popular as were the restaurants within easy walking distance. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We had varied weather but were warm and cosy. We were lucky with enough warm sun to have beautiful still mornings so ate our breakfast on the small park next door and watched the sunsets from the bench overlooking the sea watching pelicans and other seabirds fly past. Would highly recommend and hope to return when we visit Melbourne next.

I recently stayed here and had a great experience in such a beautiful and tranquil environment. The scenery around the house was fantastic, and we were able to enjoy the beauty of nature. They were also quick to respond to any needs or questions we had because we were able to get in touch with the owner. This made our trip even more comfortable. As soon as we arrived at The Old Rectory we were enchanted by the most beautiful garden and history of the home. Inside was immaculate. Pristine linen/towels (which I have a thing about) and well equipped kitchen. The Host (Will) went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He was reliable and available for anything we needed, and he gave us a great recommendations for local points of interest and Restaurants/Bars. Thank you Will. We have a marvellous Christmas week with our family!

Highly recommend this place! A group of us stayed here for the weekend and had such a great time. The property itself is massive and secluded but also right near Hepburn springs/Daylesford, which meant there was so much to do both on and off site. The house itself is beautiful in design, and also well equipped with all the amenities you need. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very cosy which is always a nice addition. It is also the middle of winter but this had no impact on our stay, as the house is full of heaters which do a great job at heating it whole. We cannot fault Kelly and Kristopher as hosts either. They made the check in/out process such a breeze, and were quick to respond to any questions we had. 10/10 stars for this place.

The villa was spotlessly clean, beds are extremely comfortable, toiletries are hotels-grade, kitchen is fully equipped, quiet surroundings and only a few minutes walking distance to town centre, cafes, restaurants & amenities. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool while I got to de-stress in the spa (master toilet). Highly recommended 5-star experience and we will definitely be back again.

We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! Very comfortable cottage, with peaceful surrounds and beautiful gardens to explore. Excellent communal facilities. Ticked boxes for all generations (kids, parents and grandparents!)

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

Great host, beautiful home and cooling off in the pool was a life saver during the 30 degree hot days. There were loads of fun activities within a 1 hour drive. The area was very peaceful. Thank you Gaurav.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

Beautiful location and a charming cottage along with very helpful caretakers allowed for a fantastic stay. Our kids were never bored with so much for them to do on the property, from the games room to the grassy areas and even a river for some fishing, they were well entertained. Very tranquil setting, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommended the cottage to both couples and families.

Taradale House is the best place to unwind and relax from the city's hustle and bustle of everyday life. We saw blue wrens, rosellas, cockatoos and kangaroos around the property as we scrolled through this scenic location breathing in the fresh country air. The games room kept our son entertained and we enjoyed a game of pool as a family. Skye was always available to help with any queries or requests which she attended to promptly. Andy was similarly helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this holiday accommodation site to all.

Had such a lovely weekend getaway. Feels very private with such stunning views and heaps of wildlife. The hot tub is awesome and it’s only a short drive into town. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely serring

Very big and nice house, furniture wasn’t up to the mark, dining chairs were too cheap and one broken while seated and couple more about to break, tea tables were very light and cheap doesn’t go with the beautiful house, stand fans was provided but one couldn’t stand nearly broken, there were lots of broken glasses on the clothing line, one of our kid cut his feet and doctors assistant was required, noticed Lily and she acknowledged and willing to help every was possible, that was very nice of her. Overall we enjoyed staying there and wish to stay again when possible. Thanks you Lily🙏🙏

Beautiful stay. The stay is in a great location right on the lake so plenty of access to beautiful walking trails. Ben was very responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do.
