The location , layout, cleanliness , peaceful and cozy decor of the house enchanted us as soon as we entered the house. The house was peaceful and tastefully furnished . Alison was extremely helpful, warm and thoughtful . The interior of the house was immaculately clean , everything we could need was thought out down to the finest detail. It will definitely be a place we want to come back to again and again. Everything was exceptional , thank you

The host was really great, taking care of everything. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the house. Having a parking lot made it very comfortable for us to easily get to the surrounding places by car. Also, the items in the kitchen were more than enough for cooking. Definitely a place we want to stay again!

Our stay for 9 days was great. The view of the balcony and terrace was happy, especially at night, you can watch the stars very clearly, the area was little and very calm. The house was very beautifully designed, especially the kitchen was very useful. It was very nice to have both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms, and the cabinets in the rooms were sufficient. We asked about the baby bed, Ms. Nese arranged it quickly, everything was ready when we arrived. The area is calm and nature is also close to the center. It is very close to the sea, there is both sand and shaded beach options. Özdere cukuralti beach for families with children is very nice, a little crowded, but pleasant. It is 15 minutes away from the national park by car. The location is very nice, the grocery stores can be reached in 2-3 minutes by car. The house was prettier than the photos, the towels were spotlessly clean, smelly. The house is very close to the pool of the compound, the pool was quite clean. The site was very calm and decent people. Quiet, calm green complex. The variety of the house was very enjoyable. If there was an oven in the kitchen, it could have been even more beautiful, but there were all the other items, even the thermos was considered (it was already stated in the advertisement that there was no oven, I'm writing it in order: ) ) The host was very interested, we had no problems at all. Angie is a fantastic host. She is very polite and accomodating. Always eager to make sure your stay is comfortable as possible. Angie even brought extra provisions during my stay, an absolute plus! It's a quiet neighbourhood, with local shops, within walking distance. Rest assured very safe. I like the fact at night, you can hear the calming of the waves, once you've got head to pillow. Angie, thank you for making my stay memorable.

I can only confirm what I wrote 2 years ago about Themos house: simply perfect place to spend your holiday in Samos. Themos and his family are always so kind and there’s nothing better than wake up with this wonderful view in this amazing house. We sincerly hope to be Themos guests for our third time soon.
