The Cottage Small but Nice

A very lovingly furnished small house to feel good. Everything is fine - as described. I was also very kindly welcomed. I also especially liked that the small house inside was always cool around 30-32 degrees despite external heat.... although I didn't have air conditioning on. Gladly again and again. Thank you very much.

The weather was rough this time but the kids still enjoyed themselves. The ponies stayed closer to the house where they were easier to pet and the children enjoyed playing with some of the indoor toys. The picnic area at the house stays dry in the rain so it continues to be possible to be outside even in poor weather. I think there were more swallows (small birds) out in the rain than I have seen before. I recommend the path that goes between the public park and the Orthodox Church near by for bird watching. Overall good to be back. I appreciate diligence of the owners to fix things when normal house issues come up once in a while. We look forward to returning rain or shine🙂

We were happy to be back at Ian & Maura’s again. We were able to get a Christmas Tree at the weekly market. It was both cold enough to snow (and build a snowman) and warm enough to bike during our stay. At one point all of the trees frosted throughout town(very beautiful). Previously we hadn’t realized what an important site Stara Moravica is for owls in winter. There is a sign in front of the local school with information on the owls that migrate from all over Europe. It was not uncommon at dusk to see as many as five giant owls leaving their roosts for the night on the walk back from the local grocery store. We timed our grocery shopping so the kids would be able to watch for owls on the way back. Our nine year old found a bird identification book on the shelf in the living room and enjoyed trying to identify the other birds in the trees in the yard. Laszlo was helpful and friendly as usual. We look forward to returning the end of February.

The accommodation is wonderful, the hosts are very nice. There were 8 of us at a company team meeting, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. We all had a comfortable space, it was cleanliness, and the owners paid a lot of attention to the smallest things possible. We had a great time with all the circumstances. It can't be conveyed in the photos what we experienced in person because it's so much better. The atmosphere of the house, the location (at the foot of the Mecsek), the view, the courtyard, the environment. In a word. I'm sure we'll be back, the most beautiful and well-equipped place to stay. Thank you!❤️

This house was exceptional. Beautifully built and tastefully arranged. Pécs it’s a wonderful city, seemingly not yet discovered by foreign tourists. I wish we had spent more time there. Judit is a great host, proactive and responding immediately to any questions. Highly recommended!

We were in Pecs for a weekend and it was actually a pity that we didn't have much time to enjoy the apartment. It's a little outside the city centre but within easy walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The furnishings are harmonious and friendly, making you feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped for every recipe and there is also a desk and a balcony. Krisztina herself is very nice and helpful and lives right next door, so communication for questions etc. is super easy. She also responded very quickly to all messages and so it was easy to make arrangements. We would recommend this flat to anyone. It is also perfect for longer stays of several weeks.

What do you say about the house where we felt at home? Everything was perfect for the hosts who greeted us and welcomed us with their own delicacies, a location that was like a fairytale and a neighborhood that was very important to us because of two large dogs. I'm not good with words, so I recommend this fairy-tale because only then will you be sure of this. Daria & Milos , keep it up and I'll see you. Greetings from the Dubrovnik crew

We were hosted very well. The listing is as described. There's nothing missing. The beds are a little firm but we still slept very well. The accommodation is well placed, we had dinner in a restaurant by the canal (we enjoyed it) and we were able to walk there.

Fabulous break whilst visiting family,. Excellent location, very clean and tidy . We would recommend this destination for anyone. Superb, We only made the mistake of trying to access the carpark through the wrong gate 😌 because it was late and we were super tired. The host was very helpful. Many thanks

Lovely slice of peace and tranquility, loved the view from the house and decking. Hot tub was nice to use in the evening. We were also visited by a deer, which was a bonus. 7 mins drive from supermarket to stock up and then make an escape.

Aleksandra and her husband were great hosts from the beginning. The house is very nice and very clean. The garden is great, but unfortunately there was no more the fire pit shown in a photo. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped , including welcome gifts. The pool was cleaned every day. We liked it so much that we would have liked to extend it. Absolute insider tip: About 1 km away is a great restaurant. A beautiful ambiance. Baranjska-Kuca. With museum. To say goodbye, there was a lovingly packed gift from our hosts. We would love to come back.

Perfect house for a short stop at Bezdan! Private pier with a row boat and a big modern home with a terrace! Mirjana was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. I wish I could stay longer but will return.
