Vacation rentals with a patio in Davis County

We loved our stay! Larry is amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless and charming. It was so quiet and in a great location for easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and gas without being in a congested area. It was just 10 minutes to downtown SLC. We will definitely stay here again. Felt like your own cozy spot for sure.

Nanou was an exceptional host from start to finish. The unit is easy to access, clean, and has everything needed for a short or long stay. Nanou responded quickly to all messages throughout our stay and was very sweet in checking in when she noticed we hadn't been there for a couple of days (we booked for 3 weeks but took a few days away, leaving some of our things there while we were away). The location is great - close to a main road but without any noise. We will definitely stay here again.

John's place is great and close to the airport. Very kid-friendly. But the best part of our stay, aside from having everything we needed, was how communicative and flexible our host was. Would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed the space and being able to sit in the family room and look out at the mountains. Nicholas was very accommodating in our arrival. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. The only thing that might be awkward for people is if your group wanted to watch a movie or final four basketball you have to all sit on the bed in the bedrooms as there are no TVs in the main room.

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

Can’t say enough good things about this experience. We hooked it last minute as we were visiting the area and our family we have. Would love to stay here again!

My kids and I enjoyed this apartment for a few nights. It’s a sleek, clean condo. The building is safe and has a lot of amenities - a gym, pool, hot tub, and clubhouse with coffee. I love the orange couch!

Needed somewhere to stay during a hockey competition. Great bed to sleep in. Air purifier was definitely nice as the space has a basement smell to it. However after running the purifier for a hour, when we went to dinner and the whole time we were there made a big difference.

our stay was just what we needed. my husband and I wanted to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, but didn't want to travel far so we found this place and it ticked all the boxes for us. The hot tub was so relaxing in the evening. The fire pit was way bigger than expected. We ended up not using the pit unfortunately, but would have loved to if we had time. Surrounded with lots of trees and all sorts of vegetation. Inside was very clean and still smells like new.

Perfect stay! Beautiful furnishings, safe, walkable neighborhood and extremely clean. Mandy is a wonderful host, and I would absolutely stay again when back in SLC!

Both Michael and Jennifer were very grate to work with. The washer had broke and they had repair people there the next day. Super friendly, professional and responsive. Would rent from them again for sure!

Our first trip to Utah, two families of 4 fit perfectly. The home is very cozy and has a beautiful yard. Very quiet neighborhood.

Very clean place, super responsive host, and it had everything that we needed. We wanted a place close to airport, and it was a great place to rest after a week of hiking. The neighborhood seemed safe, and we had no complaints.

Drew is very helpful. We needed a place to stay for ny daughter's chemo in Primary Children Hospital with my sister in law and amongst 3 more kids. his space is perfect for my family. All bed are clean. I have no complain. Maybe just needed ziplocks and plastic containers. More plastic plates and glasses. Maybe bec I was scared to break the glass plates. He is very helpful and responsive and he make sure we are comfortable with our stay. I will recommend his place 100%!

Great little place to stay. Close and walkable to the Delta center and music venues downtown. Will definitely consider when in SLC again

Jen's place was positively perfect for our weekend stay visiting our daughter at the U! It is decorated SO beautifully (boho-fab!), it was super comfortable and CLEAN! We walked to a great market to get a few groceries, coffee shop and brunch at Marmalade - a must. Jen and Shannon were highly responsive and welcoming. It was just a great experience all the way around!

Kristi was proactive in communicating how easy it was to access the property. The intuitive App used for property access made everything easy. Kristi’s property had amenities that were above and beyond the norm. All shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion were high end quality products. The space had snacks, was impeccably clean and had a nice view of the Mountains to the West. Property management was friendly and acknowledged us every time we passed through the lobby. Guests/Residents of the property were welcoming and kind. Very convenient to Starbucks, Janet’s Sunshine Cafe and the freeway. Thanks Kristi! We will definitely check for availability the next time we head to SLC!

A nice AirBnB. I was afraid of the parking situation but once I arrived there was LOTS of parking, no worries there. I was greeted by the very friendly dog and hosts.
