Condo vacation rentals in Davis County

Christie was very responsive. We needed to stay an extra night and she graciously let us put our stuff in another one of her units before it had been cleaned. She made it a very smooth transition from number two to number four. In addition, I accidentally left my laptop in the number two condo, but her maintenance person brought it to the condo so that I would have it. This is a cute little condo and it is very, very close to downtown SLC. It was convenient and handy to be so close to downtown. Had I known how to do the trax we could have ridden it most of the places that we needed to go. However, I didn’t, but it was still very easy to get around. It was perfect for my daughter and I.

She was very polite and understanding of the situation. She communicated very well.

It’s not much, but just what I needed. Easy parking and super comfortable bed. It’s basically the size of a hotel room. I was driving cross country so it was perfect for a quick overnight stop without breaking the bank.

This townhouse worked great for my extended stay of 2 months. Location is easy to find with quick access to main streets as well as the freeway. I appreciated the hosts working with me for an additional month from the original booking. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Christie was an amazing host. Any questions I had she would respond in minutes. Great communication about an event and parking going on the day we came in as well. I would definitely stay again.

The spot is very cute and spacious, it's in a nice area with a ton of stuff to do nearby. I do wish the listing indicated it's an apartment inside of a duplex with other people sharing the building and it doesn't feel like there's much privacy.

We visited town for a conference and we were packed like sardines in this airbnb, but it never felt that way. It was very spacious and there was even an air mattress and pull out couch we were able to use, as well as additional pillows and blankets. The host was wonderful. They responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we contacted them!

John was great! Super flexible with me as I had travel changes. Really appreciated the care he put into making me comfortable and to feel welcome.

We had wonderful stay at Michael’s apartment. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The location could not be better, very central, and driving distance from all the main attractions. Michael was very helpful upon check in and check out and easily accessible when we had any doubts or issues. The photo directions for finding the place were a great help. Highly recommended!

Great price! Definitely more for solo travellers or two people sharing one bed. Was nice to have a home base, especially 10 minutes from downtown or the airport.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2.5 months and really enjoyed our time. The location is very close to SLC and the airport, and within an hour of any of the ski resorts, even Snowbasin and Powder Mountain up past Ogden. The bed, couch, pull-out couch, and cot were all very comfortable and were enjoyed by our visitors too. The space was not huge but it was more than enough for me to have my own area to work from, and house multiple guests. The kitchen was also very nice and the price of the rental was reasonable considering the season. The only “issues” we had with the Airbnb were 1) only one of the laundry machines was working in the basement and it only accepted quarters although it said it would take other forms of payment; 2) the gated in community feels safe but I wouldn’t walk around at night outside of the gated in area. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay while I was in town for a conference! The train noise takes a little getting used to, but they smartly provided a white noise machine in each bedroom. The first night, I woke up a couple times from the train, but after that, it was just background noise. The washer/dryer was listed as an amenity in the list, but not in the description, so I missed it and was pleasantly surprised to find it in a closet by the kitchen! The light rail train is only a couple blocks away, and there are usually Lyft scooters near the complex. When we had a problem with the lock, Daniel was able to get a handyperson to come very quickly and it was completely drama-free. In all, don't come to it expecting suburban quiet, instead bring earplugs and relish how close it is to everything!

Great experience for our crew of five friends. No issues, no surprises, and very helpful and responsive hosts allowed us to focus on our vacation. The communications were always friendly, clear, helpful, and responsive from initial reservation to checkout. The apartment was clean, comfortable and secure with all the amenities needed to make our stay a great one (whether on the go, cooking for ourselves, or lounging about). The very pedestrian friendly location was a must for us.

My stay was excellent! From the start, communication was seamless—Daniel was responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. The space itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Salt Lake City with easy access to everything. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this place is perfect. Definitely follow the well made video check in guide as it would be nearly impossible without it. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!
