Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Daviess County

Randy met us at the house and gave a thorough tour, as well as recommendations for places to eat. We were close to everything we wanted to do during our stay. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway for 2 couples.

We came down for the weekend for a basketball tournament. It was a great location and close to everything we needed. The price was reasonable and Logan was very responsive.

If you are staying on a work trip or just for relaxation, this is the place for you. From the first time you step in you to the last day you feel right at home. I’ve traveled all over the U.S. working and staying in Airbnbs. This place is by far the best because of not only the accommodations but the host. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. I cannot recommend these host enough!!

This home was exactly what we needed for the weekend! Beautifully decorated, clean, uncluttered, and the location felt like a safe and friendly neighborhood. Tonya left us some very nice local snacks and that was hugely appreciated when we got in late Friday night. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Owensboro!

The stay was less than a 10 minute walk to downtown and had everything you needed! Only downside is there are three units and you can hear what’s going on in the units around you.

This was a very nice place to stay while we were in town. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Most of the windows had blackout curtains as well, which is nice when you have kids. When we had a few questions Theresa and Kelly were great at responding quickly. There was a big storm overnight while we were staying here that actually damaged the building and they were very quick to respond and have maintenance out within a few hours when we let them know about the damage. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and quick access to the bypass so getting around town is fast and easy. We were quite pleased with our stay!

A highlight of our visit to Owensboro was enjoying this home and its large, airy deck overlooking the Ohio River. We thought it great fun to watch the river barge traffic and enjoy the birdsong and spring breezes.

Great stay! I’m a musician so it was super nice to be able to decompress after work with the piano and guitar. Having instruments in the house is a unique feature of this place! Great shower pressure, clean kitchen, streaming amenities, and a comfortable bed! Plenty of towels and appreciated the space heaters. Also, a very cute porch. With that said, there is an adjacent unit attached that wasn’t mentioned in the description. I heard some noises which startled me and I think I would have been slightly more comfortable if I knew ahead of time. Overall, great experience. The negative didn’t outweigh the positive. I would book this BnB again!

The home was much larger than the pictures show. It was a great location to walk to town on a quiet street. I would absolutely stay again.
