Great place to stay, great host. 10/10 would recommend.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We spent nearly two weeks as we were visiting family. Oakham is a lovely village and very central for exploring the Midlands. Jenni’s place was perfect for our stay as we had a car. Given it wasn’t in the centre of Oakham, it was more affordable and in a lovely neighbourhood. The house itself was decorated with character and had everything we needed for my three teenagers and they were particularly excited by the PlayStation. The enclosed verandah/conservatory was a lovely place to sit and looks into the lovely garden. We cooked many meals in and the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking and a lovely big dining table in the conservatory. Jenni and her manager Olly were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location for visiting the Silverstone Circuit. Really comfortable cosy family home which is well presented. Hosts really friendly and attentive throughout the stay too. Really nice touch to have bits in the fridge on arrival too! Had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

An ideal spot for night before the wedding at Warwick house. The Sonos surround speakers were the highlight, blasting out tunes while getting ready for the big day! Breakfast goodies were much appreciated and saved us having to go out and get bits in. Great for kids too, the tv and games kept them entertained!

Karyn and Iain really provided a home away from home, with everything we needed for our stay. Their check in was friendly and welcoming, the village is gorgeous and we really couldn't have asked for any more

Rebecca's place is the perfect spot for a cosy weekend away. The flat is stylish and comfortable, perfectly located in the town centre with a lovely view of the church. Rebecca was very responsive and went the extra mile with small touches - thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for what we needed while at the NIHL play-off finals. A little further out than some places but easily walkable from the skydome, and included a simple breakfast which was a nice touch. Thanks!

Amazing place to stay! We came after our wedding for a quiet weekend away and got exactly that; had such a lovely time in the hot tub in the evening and waking up with the sunshine through the sky light in the morning. Wonderful hosts, reachable when needed and thought of everything you may possibly need. Would recommend a hundred times over! -Ella and Jay

AirBnB started with the premise that hosts would welcome travelers into their homes. It was/is a nice ideal: we travel the world to encounter people with experiences that may differ from ours. Miranda and Mark exemplify that notion. They clearly enjoy meeting people from all lands and provide a beautiful and comfortable place for them to stay. Stamford is a charming town. Just walking around the center is great entertainment. We only made an overnight stay while passing through but would have liked to spend more time.

Judy was very lovely and welcoming gave us good local recommendations and a nice breakfast both mornings. She was a pleasure to stay with and we very much enjoyed our time in Chipping Norton.

I had a very pleasant stay, David's place is bright and airy but cosy at the same time. Great breakfast and lovely hosts.

We have stayed before as it is only 10 mins away from family. Great breakfast too. Beautiful countryside. You can see for miles in all directions. It is a working farm so take wax ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. Will defo go again.

Goyo was very friendly and her place was clean and very accommodating! We felt quite at home and enjoyed having the space to ourselves.
