Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Davenport

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

Our stay was unique - we were selling our home. Had to clean it out of everything we were keeping so an estate sale (or leftovers!) could be set up! So we needed a place for 2 weeks! The house was cozy & comfortable. We’ve never seen a kitchen so well stocked!! Beds were comfy. So glad to have washer & dryer!!

What a cute and cozy place that was spotless, adorably decorated and absolutely the perfect place! I rented this for my daughter’s low key bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been more amazing. LeClaire, Iowa is a cute town with lots of shops, restaurants, breweries, bars and more all within walking distance. The house has two wraparound decks which overlook the main street where you can sit outside and watch people walk by while sipping on a cocktail and chatting. Kim was an amazing and sweet host. She was very helpful, great communication and quick to respond when I had a question. BOOK IT - you will not be disappointed! I’ve stayed at multiple BnBs in the quad cities area. Nicks place was my favorite, the kids really enjoyed it, they said it was their favorite as well. Clean, fun and easy instructions.

No complaints. Had one tiny issue that was solved very quickly. Great stay

Home is as described with beautiful views of the Mississippi. Well stocked with everything you need. Would recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Everything was as described and easy to get to. Not a ton of parking, but it was a great space for us.

A well-appointed Airbnb perfectly for 1-2 people. The kitchen and bathroom may be small, but they are supplied with all you need. It’s clear the host actually thought about guests’ comfort and needs. I had an unexpected family emergency during my visit and Nicole was very understanding and flexible about the situation as I had to extend my reservation with little notice. This eliminated one stressor during a really bad situation. One note: the Airbnb is directly across from a church. Parking on Sunday mornings is a little tricky.

This place was a great location to stay for a weekend. It’s close to a lot of things nearby. Lynda is a great host, she was responsive and informative. The site was very neat and clean! It had a full set up kitchen, nice decorations, and the space was great for two people. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay and I would never hesitate to stay again if we find ourselves in the Quad City area again. Rosemary is a great host.

This place was great! Travelled from Arizona and stayed 5 nights! Everything was clean, host was very responsive so much better than booking a hotel room! Will stay again

Leona's place was a great stay. The location is great and has lots of great restaurants. It was very walkable. The breakfast provided was delicious and she was super friendly. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

The Lone Star Loft was WONDERFUL! This Airbnb is up there with the best I've ever stayed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated! Sheila was a phenomenal host. We will be back!!!
