We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Bright approx. 75 sqm attic apartment with two separate sleeping areas with double bed 140/200 or 180/200. The bathroom is equipped with a tub, separate shower, wall-mounted toilet, vanity and LED mirror. The dining area is designed for four people and is located directly next to the open kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven and coffee maker. On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

Das Badezimmer hat Dusche und WC, sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheschrank. Der Wohnraum ist mit der Schlafecke ( ein Doppelbett) verbunden, optisch durch ein Sideboard mit Fernseher getrennt. Die Küche enthält alle Küchengeräte wie Spülmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und weiteres Zubehör.

The 60-square-meter guest apartment is located in Marl-Hüls on a central but very quiet side street. The nearest bus stop is only 200 meters away; from there, you can reach Marl-Sinsen train station or Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station, with connections to Münster, Essen, Haltern am See, or Wuppertal, in just a few minutes. There is one bed in the bedroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living room of the apartment. The price also includes all Airbnb fees.
