[About the price] The price is for renting the whole building for up to 4 people, An additional 3,500 yen per person will be charged for 5 or more people. [About BBQ] We charge 500 yen per person for guests who have a BBQ. Please be sure to let us know in advance when you use it. Please refrain from making a bonfire directly on the ground and setting off fireworks after 9 pm Please refrain from making loud noises (such as fireworks, rocket fireworks, etc.). The house is located in a quiet villa area, a few minutes drive from Mizu-no-Eki, on the north side of Lake Toya. You can see the lake view from the second floor of the house, and you can see the fireworks in the onsen town every day in the summer. The best part is the large, completely private garden. There are various types of flowers, trees, and fruits, so you can enjoy the scenery in all seasons, and there are also tables, chairs, and umbrellas, so you can relax in the garden. There is a municipal hot spring, Ikoi-no-Ie, located nearby (1 minute by car). You can enjoy the scenery of Lake Toyako and the hot spring baths fed by the source spring for 450 yen. You can stay with your★ pet (dogs only). The garden is a lawn, so please use it as a dog run that you have to yourself. It is about a 7-minute walk to the lake, so it is also in a good location for a relaxing stroll.

You can drive to Noboribetsu Onsen Town and Upopoi Ainu museum about 20 min each.(different direction) About 1 hour drive to Toya lake, 50min drive from New Chitose airport, up to 16 guests can stay at the house. You can rent entire house by only one group, there is key box in the entrance of the house, you can take the key by yourself and check in and check out to return the key at the original place. You can park 3 cars in the yard of the house for free.
