There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

This house is very close to the center of Datça, but also in the heart of nature, only 5 minutes walk to the magnificent Saklı Koya. At the same time, it is possible to reach Mandalya and Kargı Bay and Taşlık beach in the center by car in 2-3. Wood products in the house, our own design and fully handmade. This pet-friendly home has a private garden space. You can prepare pleasant tables in the garden, lie on the cushions and watch the stars and enjoy the unique mountain view.

“Ozalphomes-Datça is a decent holiday home in the center.”

Our place is in the center of Datça, 7-8 minutes by foot to the public beach 600 meters away, 2-3 minutes by car. It is close to the love path where you can take your walks along the beach. Our house is close to Migros market and bus station 300 meters away. There is a bakery and grocery store about 50 meters away. It is a residential area as a location, you can stay safely as a family.
