Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Darwin City

Was a great stay. I am always hesitant to stay where the owners are upstairs mainly because I have kids and we like our privacy. But this house was perfect for our family, lots of space and it was like having a whole house to ourselves, the hosts were friendly and didnt even realise they were upstairs! Will definitely be staying here with our family from now on.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location and Denise ensured I can contact her if I had a need to. Enjoying my stay so much I extended!

our stay here was very enjoyable, Mafuz is a great host and was able to accommodate my check-in/out requests. the house is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. very comfortable beds. clean and spacious living and kitchen areas . with full amenities. good size swimming pool. outside dining and BBQ area. and for us being a musical family, the piano keyboard and karaoke was a very welcome surprise and in constant use. I recently stayed at Matthew’s place with a group of friends for a holiday in Darwin. Matthew’s place was absolutely fantastic and a wonderful experience for our group. It was exactly as described in the listing, and was a fantastic place for a group to enjoy sunny Darwin. The house is very spacious, full of amenities and had a lovely outdoor area also. Matthew was very quick to respond whenever we had a query and the check in and check out process was simple and exactly as described. We never once had any issue with the house and would recommend it to anyone staying in Darwin.

Amazing location with beautiful sunsets! Watch the sun go down from the patio or join the locals and have drinks and nibblies on the grassed public area in front of villa. Bike paths make it easy to access Military Museum, Museum & Art Gallery, Mindel Beach markets, sunset at Ski Club, Casino and all the city sights. We hired electric bikes for the week from Phil at Bicycle Fix. Great restaurants within walking distance. The Villa was well appointed with absolutely everything you need for your stay and many surprise items that are not found at other homes (ie. fishing rods, kayaks, staple pantry and laundry items). Thanks for the special local gifts. Comfortable beds and relaxed furniture. Perfect for our annual adult family holiday (8 adults) with plenty of different areas to come together or have your own space. Thanks for sharing your home with us Justine and making our holiday in Darwin memorable. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Tina’s apartment is in a great location at Waterfront with many restaurants nearby. It’s large, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property and would stay again when visiting Darwin.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Buena Vista. Great location, well appointed and with an amazing outlook. The restaurant options are plentiful just nearby and the sunrises are spectacular. We’ll be back.

Louisa's apartment was amazing. It was clean and spacious with well appointed decor. Every little thing was there from shopping bags to clothes airers. It exceeded expectations. There was even cheese, biscuits and strawberries waiting for us in the fridge which was just what we needed on arrival. Louisa was lovely and so easy to get along with. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Yasmine is an amazing host, instructions were clear and she was always responsive. The unit is superb. Great location, walk out onto Smith St mall and easy walk to numerous locations. Ultra clean with excellent, quality facilities. Spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults. We made great use of balcony overlooking Darwin Harbour.

Great location at the Darwin waterfront. Apartment balcony was facing towards pool with obstructed views of lagoon. But nice & sunny in morning while partially shaded too. Best of both worlds.

We had a wonderful stay at Alison's apartment in the Darwin Waterfront. The location on the third floor was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Alison was a gracious host, allowing us a later checkout to accommodate our flight schedule. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Darwin's waterfront in comfort!

David's place was a perfect base for our long weekend in Darwin. Loved the bread, milk etc on arrival; lovely clean sheets and towels; aircon, fans, laundry facilities. It all made for a lovely, comfy stay. We could walk into town easily, and down to the waterfront. David was fantastic with communication and flexible with check out times etc. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay at this Darwin CBD apartment! The location is perfect — just a stone’s throw away from fishing wharfs and jetties, and within easy driving distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is tucked away on a quiet street, giving us peaceful, restful nights. One of our favourite features was the spacious balcony with a lovely sea view and refreshing breeze — we found ourselves spending a lot of time there, especially in the mornings. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The well-equipped kitchen and generous cooking space made it easy for us to prepare our own breakfasts and dinners. Parking was also hassle-free with convenient car park access. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and made our Darwin trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Kate and Simon were delightful hosts! So warm, welcoming and friendly! The place was fantastic - great location and amenities including a pool and the room and furnishings were lovely. Kate has impeccable taste! I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend!

You won't find a better location, waterfront, walkable and fabulous restaurants. The apartment had everything you need to cook in (if you wanted), beautiful and clean, great views from the covered patio, air con and ceiling fans, a really comfortable stay. We loved Darwin, would stay here again, highly recommended!!

A wonderful, comfortable and well equipped apartment close to great restaurants. Jodie was so communicative and helpful at every turn. A great spot.

Location of the property was ideal, having all the eateries a plus, the Lagoon and Wave Pool close by, as well as the Wharf Precinct. Would like to see a cleaner balcony for our next visit. Overall the accommodation was lovely, if it wasn't for the 4pm check in time we would have rated our experience 4 1/2 stars.

Cassandra's place was amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. It was spacious and had everything with needed. Cassandra was also very helpful and responded right away if we had questions. She gave really clear instructions on how to get in which is so important when you're travelling. You just want it to be easy. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's close to all the restaurants and downtown area.
