Very well equipped apartment, on the 2nd floor out of 3 with elevator, very well located right next to a metro stop. 1 large living room with a sofa bed (semi open to the kitchen) and 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. About 5 minutes walk from the St Server shopping center. Internet with fiber optics present in the apartment.

eve est chaleureuse, et compréhensible par rapport aux horaires, le logement était très propre, bien équipé et bien situé, impeccable. Eve a été très claire et précise sur les informations permettant d'accéder à l'appartement, tout en étant à l'écoute des besoins , témoignant d'une qualité d'hôte irréprochable, je recommande entièrement ce logement :)

Notre séjour chez Caroline s’est super bien déroulé! Le logement est magnifique. La cour arrière et le 2e appartement rendent le tout unique. Caroline est très attentionnée et réactive. Elle a réagit rapidement lorsque nous lui avons précisé que certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas en plus de prendre le temps d’ajouter des décorations de Noël. Petite attention que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement!

Logement très joli, bien conçu, de bonne taille et confortable, super tranquille avec la chambre à l'arrière. Il est extrêmement bien situé, dans la vieille ville avec tous les commerces à proximité. Cuisine très bien équipée, lave-linge pratique avec savon fourni. Télé grand format très appréciée. La machine d'exercice elliptique est un beau bonus pour pouvoir bouger quand la température extérieure est moins clémente. Les radiateurs peuvent être réglés, ce qui est un autre avantage. J'y retournerai sans doute lors d'un prochain séjour.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Appartement très bien situé, au calme, à 10’ à pied du centre-ville historique et à proximité des commerces et du marché. Idéal pour visiter Rouen et les environs. Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé et joliment décoré avec en plus une petite terrasse qui donne sur la canopée des arbres de la rue qui donne le sentiment d’être dans la forêt ! Elise est très réactive et très cordiale. Une bonne adresse !

Excellente expérience. Appartement rénové, cosy et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. A deux du centre ville, des commerces et du musée des beaux arts. Très bonne literie. Hôte réactif, très sympathique, accueillant et très conciliant. Nous recommandons vivement. Si nous revenons à Rouen nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement.
