The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

Our lovingly furnished basement apartment accommodates two people. You can expect a large bedroom with box spring bed, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. When the weather is nice, you can relax outside on the terrace. The apartment is located in the basement of our inhabited single-family home. We live here as a family with children. It's a very comfortable place to stay for those who want to be near Frankfurt international airport as well as the city center of Frankfurt which is 15-20 minutes away by car.
