La Sauve, stone house at Mas de Rochessauve

La Sauve is a lovely 17th century stone house in Mas de Rochessauve. Atypical, simple and endearing, La Sauve is worth it. A flight of basalt steps leads to its small terrace open to its garden, the roofs of the farmhouse, and the foothills of Coiron. From there, you enter directly into the living room. On the same level is the bathroom and toilet, and the small bedroom. On the lower level, the interior is accessed by a spiral staircase to the kitchen and its majestic vault.

Small cozy cottage on the ground floor of our main house, with separate entrance, small private garden and pond where our Asian fish swim peacefully. This 22 m2 studio consists of a bay window giving access to the kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, as well as a bedroom/living room area. Ideally located to discover all the tourist attractions of Ardèche. As residents on site, we like to welcome our guests ourselves.

He put all his know-how as a stonemason into the development of this little nest for nature lovers. The house includes a large 40 m2 living room, a 25 m2 bedroom with shower room included and dry toilets. Guests can take advantage of the shaded terrace and barbecue.
