Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Dar es Salam

We stayed at the place for 2 weeks in May 2025, it was really great and it felt so much at home. The responsiveness and friendliness of the host was the best, it made our stay easy and relaxing. The location was very good for us as we needed to go to town and other parts of Dar es Salaam often. Among the airbnb's we've stayed in different countries, this was the best in terms of customer service and relaxing environment. Peace and security was another thing we liked a lot, and also extra services like Netflix, very good WiFi. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Dar for business or leisure and wishing to stay close to local surroundings, of course this is not luxury hotel quality and its not meant to be that but its the best "home-like" local environment and best customer service money can buy.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Peaceful and lovely environment. 5 minutes drive to the Mall. Public transport is readily available. The place is very secure and serene. Philip has been super helpful, always responsive. 😊. I highly recommend the place.

A beautiful and great place! Namangi Cottage is a great place. It’s a big and clean house with a beautiful garden and it’s like you sitting in designed place. Rooms are also nice, and the kitchen is so nice. Lot of space with very good household utensils such as pots, plates, frying pans and more. Impressing! Maybe you can fix the oven, its hard to know hove it works. You have friendly and good people working around the house, just to keep the garden fresh and clean. It can be a little bit hard to find for taxi drivers, but Nashi will help you to get a good driver who knows the ways. Maybe you can but in some maps to show where to go to the beaches and so. Me and my wife was married in Namangi Cottage. Nashi and other people were so helpful, so our wedding become a memory for ever. Thanks for all help! We recommend this place for everyone. With love. We had a great time in Charlotte’s place. The house is located in the middle of the nature with beautiful garden and views from the rooftop. The nearby beaches are breathtaking. Charlotte was a great host and provided lots of useful tips and advice.

I am very pleased with the house. It was beautiful, clean, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief in the weather. Ronald and the caretaker were wonderful and ensured we had everything we needed. We booked quite late, but Ronald responded promptly and warmly guided us to the house. I highly recommend this place.

The best place to stay in Dar. Located in the upscale region of Masaki reknown for it's utmost secure, neat, quiet, and peaceful environment. The area offers great streets for evening walks and runs. The host was so kind and professional. I just found my new home every time I am in Dar Es Salaam.

Not enough good things to say about Nena’s beautiful home! It is a cozy escape right in the heart Dar… it is thoughtfully furnished and very inviting for long stays. The kitchen space is miraculous, unlike many in Dar. I wish we could have stayed longer but will hopefully return (if it’s not already booked 😅)! Nena is also a very thoughtful host and quick to address any questions!
