This is the most beautiful house I have seen in my two years of living in Vietnam! Clean, cozy, lots of flowers, and very high ceilings. The hosts were very hospitable, and I felt cared for during my entire stay. They helped me solve all the problems, told me about the most interesting places in the city and the outskirts, and shared events happening in the city during my visit. I really enjoyed it! I will definitely return to Phan Rang again and will be happy to stay here once more.

The place is fantastic—clean rooms, a comfortable bed, and excellent price-to-quality value. On top of that, you get your very own "Vietnamese helper," the homestay owner, Mai. She takes care of everything, from recommending restaurants and arranging scooters to organizing transportation for your next trip. She’s such a lovely and caring person. I will truly miss this place and Mai's warmth. I wholeheartedly recommend this homestay to anyone, especially kite surfers—it’s perfect for you!
