Treehouse vacation rentals in Danube River

It was a wonderful experience, really beautiful and peaceful place, very clean and very private. We enjoyed the scenery and the sound of the river alongside the small squirrel that visited us! The cabin looks exactly like the pictures, surrounded by trees and mountains with fresh air, and we really got along with the owners. Hopefully we ll return soon, it s worth it!

Fun stay in the treehouse apartment. All very lovely. Only downsides were the fact that the campsite and pool were sooo busy, loud music at the pool and the apartment did not really have suitable outdoor space for eating as a family. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our two day stay. Thank you!

Very nice and special place to stay. Very close to nature with horses, dog and cats. Even on hot summer days, beautifully shaded in the forest. The restaurant was very cozy and the food very good. The pool also provided cooling. All in all highly recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet.

It's a magical place, really with fairytale cottages! Very kind and friendly hosts, they try to help with everything. You can tell it's a true love project for them! The treehouse is a really special, cozy cottage, unreasonably clean, right on the edge of the forest. There are private marked hiking trails from the yard. Despite the bad weather, we had a great time, we will definitely be back!

A special place to stay in a magical place of peace, art and nature, a beautiful pool, great and fresh breakfast as well as a very warm host. We were able to enjoy the stay, relax and unwind.

The hosts are very nice. Communicating seamlessly, and you could see that they cared for guests to feel comfortable. The house is nice, clean. I was in the house with two collars and the space was enough for us, I also really appreciated the park just behind the garden and the quiet neighborhood. The house also has the opportunity to roast and sit in the garden with pleasant lighting. In the morning, I was woken up by the chirping of birds and shining rays of sunshine, but complete romance. The outdoor shower is more for hardeners during colder weather, and when it's warmer, it's refreshing :) There are chickens walking around in the garden and the opportunity to have homemade eggs really pleased me. It was a really enjoyable stay.

The perfect place to relax in the midst of nature and simply unwind. Everything is designed with a lot of love for detail and very thoughtfully – you can tell that someone has really thought about it here. Alex was super nice, helpful and always available – he really took care of everything lovingly. We felt totally comfortable and can only recommend the stay!

Everything was perfect – the place was very nice and clean, with lots of thoughtful details in the interior. Our kids were super excited and really enjoyed the stay. Communication with the host was smooth and without any issues. Highly recommended!

The Treehouse is fantastic. The feeling of being absolutely in nature and at the same time not having to do without any amenities: a bathroom with shower and toilet, a canopy and a loft bed with a view of the treetop, a kitchen and even a fireplace! The whole thing beautifully decorated and furnished. I would have preferred to move in here permanently :-) From the tree house you have a fantastic view of the village and surrounding countryside. There are hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity of the tree house. If you are afraid of crawling insects: I only had a visit from one or two bees, but they were very good and let themselves be put outside the door again. Christine's welcome was very warm. I immediately got various treats on the table including a bottle of sparkling wine. There is nothing to complain about - the stay was a great gift.

Amazing ! Literally in a tree , very clean and very cozy. Restaurants nearby at Korund and Odorhei. Host is very nice , recommended for kids & outdoor activities.

Jakabs place was just what we needed. A tranquil getaway in the trees. Fantastic for bird spotting, sadly too early for bears! Next time!

A very peaceful and relaxing stay on the Mures riverside. Claudiu was incredibly kind, generous and helpful, an amazing host! The tree house was clean and comfortable, and the amenities surrounding it were everything that we needed for a quick getaway in nature. The barbeque, river swims and Claudiu's lovely 4 dogs were a highlight of the trip!

Our stay at Dorna TreeHouse was simply magical! The hosts were incredibly sweet and warm – their hospitality touched us very much. Already upon arrival we found small welcome surprises in the fridge, and for Easter they even left us self-painted Easter eggs from their own chickens – such a loving gesture. The cottage is an absolute dream, cozy, thoughtful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The scent of the spruce that grows through the house makes the nature experience perfect. The surrounding area invites you to relax and hike. When we said goodbye, the hosts spoiled us with their homemade beer and traditional Romanian delicacies – a wonderful gesture that made the stay even more special. We immediately felt at home and are very grateful for this unforgettable experience. Dorna TreeHouse is a special place and the people who run it are just as special

The treehouse was fun and very comfortable. We enjoyed the walking around the woods outside the property, swimming in the pool, and seeing the sheep and dog that live on the property. The views from the property are beautiful and it is not far from the wine road and from Maribor. The property is also quiet and peaceful for optimal relaxation. We strongly recommend you stay here!

One of the best accommodations we've been in for a long time. We have also been to several tree houses in Croatia and they are all beautiful, but this one is by far our favorite. Everything is perfectly selected; location and position then architecture and interior design and finally the forest in which it is all located. Next to the houses is a path that leads down to a small beach on the Korana river. In the vicinity of the treehouse there are several great restaurants, not even 10 minutes away. The food is excellent and homemade Croatian. The owner is extremely approachable, she was not bothered by additional inquiries and was available to us. All in all, now we finally have a small oasis that we will happily return to.

The stay was very nice, perfect if you want to relax for a few days in nature. There is a kitchen where you can cook & a lake nearby for swimming. Tree house is lovingly decorated & you wake up with birdsong.

The treehouse is beautiful and cozy, but the best part is that it's situated on the owner's little homestead, with animals roaming around and fresh fruits, eggs and diary available. The hosts were super kind and made us feel at home, and also had some great tips about the surroundings. Wish we would have stayed longer and definitely recommend!

The house was excellent. The kids loved the projector and the bunker room which is amazing - what 80s and 90s kids dream of. The place was spacious and well kitted out, the beds were comfortable and Dorde was a great host communicating whenever we needed something.
