We are located in Marghera, the most convenient location to reach Venice (and not only!) from the mainland: the bus stop is 3' walk, the train station 10'. The journey takes about 13'. La Perla Holiday, in Bellagio, is an independent portion without a kitchen of a newly built villa, located on the ground floor, with free private parking and garden, away from traffic but a short distance from the center and the lake. The nearest beach can be reached within a 6-minute walk, convenience store 2,bar restaurant pool, post office,carabinieri,pharmacy,doctors and bus stops within a 3-minute walk. The Imbarcadero and the beautiful lakefront of the village are a 15/20 minute walk.

Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home. Luggage storage and car parking are also permitted before check-in time.
