Welcome to the lake Garda! The B&B Locus Amoenus is a historic former rectory building dating from the XVII century. With its newly renovated interior, you can enjoy both the stunning 16th century exterior with a modern and comfortable interior, therefore giving you the most rewarding stay. The friendly and quiet atmosphere will allow you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. One night’s stay includes breakfast (with homemade cakes), bedding and towels a housekeeping service (cleaning of room) and wi-fi. A third guest can stay for 21 euro. Breakfast will be served by Gabriella and Silvia in the tavern or in the garden under the shade of a majestic persimmon tree. The small village is located 5 km from the Lake Garda and Salò, a delightful little town situated on the stunning Lake Garda; which is one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy. The B&B’s location is also located less than 2 hours from the ‘Dolomiti of Brenta’ and is therefore ideal for those who enjoy walking and hiking in the mountains. For those wishing to visit cities with great art, then Verona (60 km), Venice (170 km), Brescia (30 km), Bergamo (82 km), Cremona (85 km) and Mantova (75 km) are also easily accessible. From Salò or Gardone Riviera you can reach the picturesque towns located on the Verona side of Lake Garda by ferry-boat with Navigarda service. The village offers a 50 km bike path which can be reached from Lake Garda, Lake Idro and Brescia; therefore you can enjoy the idyllic Italian landscape. The small village offers many amenities such as a small park with playground, a Benedictine church, a bar, newsstand/ tobaco shop and the prestigious acupuncture clinic. The bakery also produces a range of fresh, delicious bread, pizza and focaccia every day. Also close by (700 meters), there are two supermarkets, two pizzerias and restaurants, a pharmacy, clothing stores and many other amenities you may need during your stay.

pan e vin, Double Room 2

Small room located on the first floor on the pedestrian path, Via Serra, equipped with private toilet (shower), free wifi, beautiful sea view (not balcony) ideal for a couple. Inside there is an electric jug for hot water, TV, hairdryer, fan. The accommodation is suitable for short stays, as it is small in size, and is very convenient for excursions being close to the paths that lead to Vernazza and / or Manarola, or to spend a few days at the beach. Breakfast is served at the "pan e vin" bar where I (Cristiana) work together with my husband (Stefano), and is the reference point for any information. The neighborhood of via Serra is very quiet and you can enjoy a beautiful view. Nearby is the wonderful church of S. Pietro. The town is connected to the station by a bus, which runs from 7 to 19: 30 (21:30 from April to the end of October). The town of Corniglia is the only one without a boat service. Unfortunately I don't have private parking but it is very easy to find both free (white stripes) and paid parking in the immediate vicinity (only 5 minutes walking distance). It's in a very quite part of Corniglia. It's just at the begin of the footpath to Vernazza and very close to the one to Volastra /Manarola. Outside there is a lovely garden with a beautiful sea view to share with other guests. A fresh breakfast is served at bar "pan e vin" from 8 am.

Spacious double room in an elegant period building located in a residential neighborhood in front of the Duomo, just minutes from the historic center and the lake. The room is very bright and has a private balcony with chairs, allowing you to relax and enjoy the view. The bed has a memory mattress with wardrobes, fine accessories, and a period parquet floor. Beautiful bedroom, with private bathroom and separate entrance with security door. Less than a 5-minute walk from Piazzale Roma or the station. It is located on the second floor of the building, has high ceilings with exposed beams and wooden floors. The facilities and furnishings are new, comfortable and modern. The bright and ventilated room overlooks a typical Venetian courtyard. From 1570 to the present, every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m., live Gregorian chants and incense enter the house. No AC.

The apartment is at the second floor WITHOUT lift (35 stairs). It is at 200 m of Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, at 100 m from the Uffizi Gallery....
