Cabin vacation rentals in Danube River

We had a wonderful stay at the Eco Alpine Chalet! Already upon arrival, we felt right at home. The description of the chalet was absolutely accurate and helped us a lot in the preparation. The chalet is furnished with an incredible amount of love for detail – you can immediately feel that a lot of passion has been put into it. Everything was super clean and cozy – just to feel good! The quiet location surrounded by nature makes the stay a real relaxing vacation. We highly recommend the Eco Alpine Chalet and will definitely be happy to come back!

Our stay at the Airbnb in Mathon was simply fantastic! The property is idyllically located in the mountains and offers breathtaking views – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A special highlight was the hike to Libi, a beautiful mountain lake about 30 minutes away. The nature, the tranquility and the fresh mountain air were simply magnificent. However, the lake is still a little too cold in May. In the evening we enjoyed a cozy fondue together – a real experience! The perfect end to the day was then in the self-heated hotpot under the stars – an absolute feel-good moment that we will not soon forget. Thank you so much for this wonderful time – I'm sure we'll be back!

This A frame house was the perfect place to spend the weekend. We were welcomed by a lovely couple, who showed us the place, which is really echiped with everything starting from board games and books to slippers in different sizes. I would recommend this place and would love to return. Thank you ❤️

The goal of our trip was to reunite with nature and get away from the city, to be alone in silence. That's why we chose this house. But it turned out we were not in the forest, but on the plot, but we were on the edge and surrounded by trees. What gives a pretty good feeling of isolation, the house is designed so that the view goes to the river. So the owners live nearby, and it is convenient to ask for help if necessary. Now about the house, it's just something incredible, everything is thought out in detail. Everything is very beautiful, stylish and tasteful. Everything is very clean and new, it is very pleasant to touch every surface and look at the details of the house planning. The first half of the day you are just in the "wow effect". Also, everything is so Instagram-like that you can't stop taking photos. I also want to mention hammocks and jacuzzis. Thanks to these details, you can completely relax. We are very pleased with this place and now we want to go in winter

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect for relaxing, and the garden featured a fantastic grill oven where we enjoyed some unforgettable meals. Communication with Hadji, the owner, was excellent – he was always helpful and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would definitely love to come back!

Great place to chill out and disconnect!

Sabrina is a very nice host who always responded quickly to messages. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the pictures, there was nothing missing. Very nice and cozy place. No minus, just a note: You have to remember that you always have to drive a little to go shopping and hiking to the well-known hotspots such as the 3 Zinnen.

We loved the Troadkasten from the first sight! Gisela & Peter are extremely friendly and accommodating hosts! We will be happy to come back.

Great location, a bit remote, but beautiful surroundings and we found everything we needed inside the cabin. Cooking ustensils, good Wi-FI ( even Netflix ) etc.

Very cute and peaceful hut within the mountains. Provides everything one would need for a short getaway. Host is available if needed for questions or suggestions. We’d come back any time!

The small mountain hut is made with so much love and passion that you can only feel comfortable. Romano really thought of everything. There was nothing missing in the kitchen and bathroom either. It was a really great vacation and I'm sure we'll be back! There is only one thing to note: you are not completely alone. Next door, there was someone every now and then - but it never bothered us. We felt very comfortable in the beautiful cottage🥰. The amenities were very good, nothing was missing. Beautiful walking paths right by the house, which we could enjoy with the dogs. The restaurants in the village are also highly recommended 🤩 Thank you for the lovely stay.

Beautiful cabin with even better uninterupted views of an alley that was filled with flowers (we stayed in May and it was spring time). Super peaceful and quiet, close to all the beautiful hikes and few min drive to the “center” or a short nice walk. The cabin is equipped with everything you nead, kitchen has all you need to cook a nice meal at home. Overall 10/10 and we will be booking again :)

The location is truly magical with an amazing garden and great routes for hiking. The house is comfortable for three guests as well. Dorka was a kind and helpful, we are planning on going back in the future:)

Staying in the Floating House was great, everything was really great, from the cottage itself to the nature and the view, everything is as you see in the photos and more beautiful than that. Radisav responds quickly to messages and the communication went great. If someone like us is worried about hot water, it's there, so that part is great. I recommend it, a great place to get away from the city and the concrete jungle. :)

I stayed with my family and it was fantastic the kitchen was important to us and it was wonderful, the location is great and very private. We enjoyed our stay from my side I liked that there was no phone connection it made it more special to me and got our hand off our phones . Stefanie was very responsive and we found everything in our stay.

The Mountain rest is a really cozy place!We felt🥰 wonderful, the panorama of the Danube from the terrace is magical, love at first sight, a place with a magical atmosphere! Cleanliness everywhere, cozy and stylish furnishings, we had everything we needed in 4 days☺️ We will return, for sure!:)

Our family of four spent a very pleasant few days here in late May. The cottage is as described and comfortably sleeps four. The sauna is an an extra bonus. There are some lovely walks around - spring flowers in the meadows when we stayed were amazing. Recommended!

Staying in the Velika Planina was a truly unique experience. This cottage was modern, comfortable and equipped with the basics needed to make a stay enjoyable. Rok is an excellent host and is personally invested in helping his guests have a great experience. While we were there before the cattle were moved to these pastures, it was still bucolic, stunning and offered great outdoor activities. We are happy we had this memorable experience.
