ho trovato l 'alloggio di Elisa perfetto. è un piccolo gioiellino, arredato con eleganza e finezza.offre la colazione, con yogurt marmellata caffè thè e biscotti.molto gradita l'aria condizionata! ha anche un piccolo giardino da me poco sfruttato perché ho trascorso solo una notte, ma molto piacevole. parcheggio privato all'interno un optional meraviglioso, visto le strisce blu presenti nel quartiere. i rapporti e contatti precisi e rapidi. sono estremamente soddisfatta e consiglio a tutti l'appartamento di Elisa, non vicino al centro ma con la fermata dell'autobus praticamente davanti casa. se torno a Bologna,mi fermerò ancora qui!

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. She went way above and beyond with our inquiries. We have yet to encounter a more thoughtful host. The view from the balcony was surreal. Having breakfast sent to our room with the view was definitely one of the most memorial moments of our entire 2-week trip!

Vielen Dank Nello! Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Guia.. die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das haben wir vorher selten so gesehen. Die Wäsche hat toll gerochen, die Küche war für wirklich alle Bedürfnisse ausgestattet, die gesamte Wohnung hat geglänzt, es war alles für ein kleines feines Frühstück vorhanden, das mobile Klimagerät hat getan was es sollte und die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Weinberge war einfach traumhaft. Es hat einfach alles gepasst, Nello war immer erreichbar und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ivana. La maison est très charmante, d'une propreté impeccable dans un cadre splendide, offrant une vue absolument magnifique ! Si vous cherchez le dépaysement, le calme et une nature verdoyante, vous êtes au bon endroit! Ivana est une hôte très attentionnée, généreuse et sympathique qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. Il posto è SPLENDIDO e l’alloggio bello come nelle foto e curatissimo nei dettagli e nella pulizia; consigliatissimo quindi, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo👍 ATTENZIONE, oltre a non esserci Wi-Fi come specificato nell’inserzione, NON C’È CAMPO PER I TELEFONI nella stanza e in tutto il paese. Si può accedere alla connessione Wi-Fi della casa di Francesco in paese, ma bisogna recarvisi, la connessione non arriva fino alla stanza, quindi se dovete lavorare da remoto, essere reperibili o avete cose da fare che richiedono la connessione mentre siete in viaggio, non è comodo. A parte questo posto magico per chi ama il romanticismo e la natura e nel bnb persone bellissime e trattamento di grande ospitalità ! 🏆😜 Consigliatissimo 👍🏆🏆🏆

Sonia was extremely helpful from start to beginning. Gave us great recommendations which ended up being some of our favourite nights! The most stunning location and beautifully kept place, with everything you could possibly need to live in. 30 mins from Florence, 1 hour from Siena and miles of beautiful scenery and wineries as far as the eye can see As a british couple in our 20’s we loved our stay here ❤️

Me remito a todo los buenos comentarios anteriores. Es tal cual. Limpieza absoluta y buena comunicación con Isabella en todo momento. Un detalle que la anfitriona dejara cosas para desayunar (café, pastas, pan de molde, huevos, leche, zumo) Saliendo del apartamento, a la izquierda, esto creo que nadie lo ha dicho, hay un pequeño supermercado para comprar lo necesario. Justo delante está la parada de bus que te lleva al centro de Venezia en unos 40' directo en fin de semana y, con cambio, dos autobuses, en días laborables, en el mismo tiempo, dado q hay más frecuencia. Súper agradecida también de que Isabella gestionara y me enviara por correo electrónico el pase de la tasa turística para los días que estuvimos. Recomiendo el alojamiento 100%. Si vuelvo a Venecia , sin duda, repetiría

Anna’s place was one of the best airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. Anna is kind and generous and a fantastic host. Super clear directions were given to locate the property on arrival and a voucher sent to access the lift, which was extremely helpful. Communication was seamless at every moment of our stay. The place is super clean and tastefully furnished, and additional cleaning and changing of linen etc happened during the week we were there. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to things but away from the bustle, and the view from the balcony is stunning. I highly recommend this airbnb.

Nicola y Greta se comunicaron en todo momento con nosotros. Nicola nos recibió en la estación de Tren y nos acompañó hasta el departamento. El lugar es hermoso, tal como lo describen, súper limpio y cuidado. Nos dejaron galletas como cortesía y toallas para la playa. Nicola nos explicó todo con mucha paciencia y nos recomendó un restaurante delicioso y ofreció hacernos la reserva también. Greta nos vino a buscar en el check out súper puntual. Nos permitió dejar nuestro equipaje hasta tomar el tren a la Spezia. Los anfitriones son súper amables, están al pendiente y se ve que le han puesto mucho cariño a su departamento por los detalles que tiene. La ubicación es perfecta porque estás cerca de todo pero en una parte silenciosa para descansar. Volveremos sin dudar! Muchas gracias a ambos!

l appartement est typiquement vénitien ( climatisé) , face au grand canal. Situé dans le quartier de l arsenal, vivant et paisible à la fois , il permet de rejoindre à pieds ou vaporetto les principales attractions. La rue Garibaldi a de nombreux excellents restaurants que caterina nous a conseillés. Caterina est une super hote qui vient vous remettre les clés à l aéroport et répond à toutes nos demandes , flexible sur les horaires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Perfectly located in the heart of Bologna, this charming apartment is just steps from Old Town, top restaurants, shops, museums, and iconic spots like the Neptune statue and “La Strada del Jazz.” Almost everything is walkable within minutes. The apartment is warm, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with original, eclectic artwork throughout. Thoughtful touches and two private outdoor spaces make it especially inviting—great for couples or friends traveling together. Rocco, the owner, was an exceptional host—communicative, helpful, and generous with welcome snacks and breakfast items. He even helped with our luggage, which made arriving much easier. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a comfortable and memorable Bologna stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. It is located in an ideal spot, with plenty of beautiful and historic places within walking distance. Elena was very responsive and friendly, and gave us plenty of amazing local recommendations. She made locating the apartment very easy, and all instructions were made extremely clear. The place itself is gorgeous and charming with so much character and life. We would definitely stay here again.

I was alone and stayed for seven nights and found it be a great place. Its location just near the Ponte Vecchio, yet in a quieter part of town, is ideal. There are several good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main room, which is just big enough to accommodate a large bed, a sofa, a table for two and a credenza has large windows with views of the Arno to the Ponte Vecchio. The air-conditioner works very well. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and while I did not cook, I imagine that it would be serviceable for anyone who wishes to. All in all, Cosimo's place can be recommended.

Die Unterkunft von Sara ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Vom Bahnhof, der nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist, sind wir bequem Richtung Cinque Terre gestartet. Eine tolle Basis für Ausflüge und zum Entspannen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen schönes Wochenende! Der Blick aus dem Zimmer auf die Berge ist ein Traum. Der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen 😊

Nette Familie, welche uns sehr gut bewirtet hat. Wir haben uns sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Konnten auch beim Yak-Auftrieb zusehen. Auch Maxl (unser Hund) wollte nicht ins Auto steigen bei der Abfahrt. X-D

Wow!!! Wat een prachtige locatie hoog in de bergen boven Genua. Een oase van rust in een prachtig 19e eeuws voirmalig buitenverblijf van rijke Genuese kooplui. Host Anonietta, Roberto en kleine Francesco laten je volledig thuis voelen. Grandioos Italiaans ontbijt met veel zelfgemaakt gebak (de hand van Anonietta) en heerlijke lokale producten. Bij het prachtige pand hoort een heerlijke tuin waar je heerlijk in de zon of schaduw tot rust kunt komen. Kamers zijn prachtig en voorzien van een top badkamer. Een aanrader voor mensen die even willen ontwaakte!

Definitely one of the best offers on this platform! The room is very tastefully furnished in a really beautiful house with a fantastic view. There is really nothing missing in the house. There is a wonderful garden, a bicycle storage (+repairing!) area and a spacious common room with kitchen. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a lot of care for details. Antonella is a great host and always friendly and attentive. I felt right at home. 10/10 I can highly recommend this place! Grazie mille!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Laura et avons apprécié le calme de la maison. Laura était très disponible et nous a donné des très bons renseignements. Laura parle aussi français et anglais. Je n'avais pas fait attention en réservant mais il faut savoir que vous partagez la salle à manger et la terrasse avec les locataires airbnb de l'autre chambre. Ce n'était pas un problème pour nous mais ça pourrait vous réveiller le matin. On entendait les oiseaux chanter et avions la vue sur le lac pour le petit-déjeuner qui est compris dans l'offre. C'est un très bel endroit au bord du lac de Côme éloigné des zones plus touristiques. Merci encore Laura pour l'accueil :-)

Our stay at this charming apartment just south of Lake Como was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better – incredibly easy to reach, yet wonderfully calm and quiet. It serves as the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking surrounding mountains, enjoying the beauty of Lake Como, or simply embarking on a hike straight from its doorstep. What truly made our stay special was our super lovely host, Barbara. She was incredibly welcoming and warm, and her dog, Lucio, immediately became friends with our own furry companion! And let's talk about the breakfast – it was simply divine! Barbara and her son provided everything you could possibly wish for, from delicious homemade goat cheese to incredible Apfelstrudel. We will definitely come back!

Meine Töchter und ich haben eine Nacht bei Stefan und seiner Familie übernachtet. Wir konnten bereits früher anreisen, das Auto stehen dort lassen und auf Wanderung gehen. Leider hat sich eine Tochter eine Wunde zugezogen, die genäht werden musste. Stefan hat uns geholfen, am Pfingstmontag eine geeignete Anlaufstelle zu finden. Das Frühstück war super und auch die Räume, die man evt mit anderen teilt, hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Herzlichen Dank nochmals!
