This is our second stay at Chiara's and it won't be the last . We feel like we are in a family home with its history because this duplex with its terrace ( Altane) really gives that impression . Very well-stocked shops nearby cafes restaurants where you meet real Venetians😊. Train station 2 stations from vapporetto with a very close stop without being noisy . Susanna our point of contact is very responsive and friendly . I just confirm that the stairs are high . Take this into account when allocating suitcases . Otherwise tutto bene 🇫🇷🇮🇹

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

The apartment is bright and cozy, with a fantastic location near the Duomo and just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to access any part of the city. The company provides a basic welcome kit, which includes a 30ml shower gel, a small bar of soap, and no detergent, tea, or coffee. If you're staying longer than a couple of days, you’ll likely need to purchase additional essentials yourself. Light sleepers might find the area a bit noisy, but the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to keep the windows closed for a quieter and more comfortable sleep.

Everything perfect, very nice apartment - completely clean and tastefully decorated. All newly made and no unnecessary nipples. The pool is super nice and located directly opposite the apartment (you have to go to the other "side of the street", but the street is almost only a small path at the end of a dead end). Helena (the landlady) is super nice and accommodating, she made everything possible. Thank you for the wonderful week!

Beautiful, clean accommodation with a great view of Lake of Como. Ideal for exploring the lake from here. A car is recommended, as there is only a limited number of shopping, beaches and restaurants in Sala Comacina itself. However, the area is full of smaller and larger towns that invite you to explore. However, if you are a late riser, you should pay attention to the bell tower, which starts early in the morning about 7 o'clock with its bell game. We had a wonderful week in Sala Comacina and enjoyed exploring the lake from the apartment!

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

It was a super nice guest house, very clean and good located.

The space is truly beautiful and peaceful. possibility to reach the lake on foot. unfortunately we couldn't test because I have a boot on my feet and the weather was not to be avoided! The accommodation is large, there are books and games in Italian. There is everything to cook and even linens/sponge and priduuts to do the dishes. We were 4 adults and 1 child. Nickel! Especially for the child, the bathroom is downstairs with the bedroom with two single beds right next door so secure. Really great, for our next stay in the area, we'll be back!

We were here at the beginning of September with a total of 7 adults, 4 children between 1.5 and 5 years and a baby. The house, the outdoor area and the complete equipment are on a very high level, everything is in very good condition, works and is very clean. Internet/Wifi is very good with a large cover even on the outside. Everything is there to accommodate even larger groups. We used the barbecue and the covered dining area outside almost daily. It is the ideal house if you don't want to leave for a day or another or the other or just take a smaller hike at the doorstep. The road up to the house is consistently paved and is also no problem with a camper. You have a magnificent view over the sea and it is very quiet up there. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. We were a little too early and even got a welcome drink:-) We can highly recommend the house especially for large families or for groups of friends.

This is a lovely home just outside of the old city. Very walkable. I would recommend looking for food where most people are speaking Italian, otherwise we loved Verona and had an amazing stay.

We spent a week in Martinas apartment and had a perfect stay. It's close to the station, which allowed trips to Siena and Lucca. It's just outside the most touristy area but still within a 10-15 min walk to everything in Florence. The cosy street has good restaurants and sandwich joints visited by locals and at reasonable prices lower than the city center. It was a nice secure feeling in the late evening to enter the closed area and the apartment. Supermarket just around the corner. Martina's instructions were very clear. People mention some noise from the hoster next door. We did not experience any of that. We would come back next time we are in Florence.

The stay was very good, completely as described. The equipment was new, just like in the photos, the apartment is very clean and tidy. The location is excellent, there is a lot to do in the area; theater, super restaurants, cafes, bars, entertainment venues; all within 10-15 walking distance. Despite the fact that the apartment is located in the center, it gives you the opportunity to sleep quietly. Tom was always kind and helpful. I'd love to book here next time.

We loved our stay at Marella’s Airbnb. Great location, we walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Very peaceful at night out on the terrace. Marella left lots of information and recommendations that were very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Good location, next to Lidl and few minutes walk to tram

Great cozy place for our family to stay. We specially loved all the toys there are for the kids. Susana was very nice, responsive and super helpful not only with the acoomodation, but also with taxis and activities. The apartment is located near the railway station, this made a day trip to Como very convenient, but to get to the historic centre of Milan, you will have to take a tram or a metro (both are very close). Overall good experience and good value.

The host is kind and helpful she is very nice person, everything was great the view and the place and the pictures match the reality, but too much spiders and insects outside in the garden and little spiders inside the home. The road was hard to reach the destinantion.
