Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

Built in wood and stone by an artist in the 60s, restored in 2017 and offers modern comfort in the kitchen and bathroom with sauna, yoga-shala, Japanese toilet, while keeping the original spirit of a casual "cabin".

Outdoor terrace with table and chairs, loungers and small barbecue as well as parking in the courtyard closed to the outside. The owner lives in the adjoining house. A nice hiking path is in direct proximity to the house. Milly-la-Forêt, Forêt des Trois Pignons, Barbizon and Fontainebleau nearby.
