Nice village, quiet with its old laundries. There is a restaurant and a farm with fruit vegetables, eggs. Also visit Claude Francois mill. Around the tour ideas:the village of Barbizon The Château de Courances and its beautiful Japanese garden (3 km). Milly la forêt (6kms) . Art glass factory in Soisy/school (2kms). The Château de Fontainebleau and its forest for climbing. Not to mention the departure of many hikes, pedestrian and mountain biking.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay with Jessica. The place is very spacious and has everything we needed to be comfortable and to cook a few easy dinners. Parking right across the street was very convenient. Jessica was very responsive and had helpful recommendations for us to have what we needed to access the great boulders close by. We would definitely stay with Jessica again.

My friend and I had a great time in this little haven of peace. We had a timeless time, and even got to enjoy the pool. The property is phenomenal, less than an hour from the capital. It's perfect for a little time connected with nature. Thomas and Emma and Darling their dog are fabulous hosts, we'll be back! Thank you very much for this enchanted break!

We had a lovely stay at Carine's place! The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed and it's ideally located for getting to the bouldering areas and walking to the town centre. Carine was very helpful and extremely responsive. We had an issue with the cooker one evening and she came the next morning to fix it which we really appreciated.

Jaqueline was incredibly responsive and friendly! We felt right at home, the house is newly renovated well stocked with basic amenities and the photos don’t do it justice. Our spaniel was very happy in the garden too which is large safe and secure! The area is very peaceful with stunning buildings and It’s so close to the beautiful town of Barbizon which has so many great restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the town of Fontainebleau which isn’t as charming but has a great market and lots of shops! We hope to come back one day!
