things I loved about the Airbnb- location: r&f is walkable from CIQ. for this particular block,just need to take lift to 8A and cross the bridge to go where the main r&f mall is to buy stuff. view: unblocked sea view is really a bonus! clean: the place is really clean, they also put in effort to make the place and the stuff smell nice. like the towels, pillow cases, they all have a light fragrance. projector: they have a projector on top of a TV. really nice to just lie on the bed/sofa and netflix.

Very nice place to stay when in Danga Bay. Feels at home away from home. Clean and comfy with a Nice View. Netflix and youtube is a plus👍 Very responsive host as well. Highly recommended to everybody.

Rory’s place was an ideal respite for our family. The location was ideal, near our favourite restaurants and easy to get to anywhere. Listing and instructions were all as stated. Rory and Jack ensured that our inquiries were responded to. Comfy place for our family of 6 to rest, play and unwind.

The location is right in the heart of Malaysia’s vibrant food scene and nightlife, with Banafee Village and several massage spots just a short walk away. The highlight for me was the stunning sunrise view from the house, I would highly recommend waking up early to catch it! The place is peaceful and quiet and I had one of the best nights of sleep during my stay. A truly relaxing experience overall, thank you for accommodating us.

Great place to stay with mini family for mini stay vacation. great host & friendly. always fast reply. easy check in.. the place clean friendly for kids too. we felt like our own house. will definitely return or recommend it to family and friend. Keep it up the clean apartment guys👍

It was a really nice place! It was clean and tidy, and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. Our hosts were also extremely proactive and responsive! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a short stay in this area!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, well-maintained, and felt homely. Both the condo and place were spotless and fully equipped with everything you need. The view from the apt was beautiful, and the surrounding area felt safe and peaceful as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

nice n cozy place.Few tings to point out though..the mattress needs to be changed as u can feel the spring of the mattress.. and need to have automatic air freshener to keep the house smeel fresh and nice once you enter. but overall a decent n nice place to stay.. recommended for anyone wants to stay there as Paul is very accomodating..and all essentials in the house is provided.

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

I had a very comfortable stay here. The place is well maintained and clean, with everything I needed for a smooth visit. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially regarding the lift issue, which Lynette is clearly aware of and managing attentively. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for the price, good location, close to food and shops. Fast WIFI, clean house, many facilitates. Extremely close to CIQ. My friends and I really enjoyed staying there. For the price I paid I am more that satisfied with what was offered and I would be happy to recommend this place to others. Would visit again.

Clean place with nice views of the beach. Very convenient check in & out procees. host was very helpful to attend to our needs and went the extra mile to bring us the new hairdryer when we informed that it had issues. he also recommended us places to get fireworks and food when we asked.

The building look rather dim and old from the exterior, however, the unit says otherwise. The unit is clean, neat and spacious. The beds and pillows are very comfy, however the sofa & sofa bed seems to be too soft and sink in. Netflix on the TV is not updated hence not able watch Netflix. The unit near to Mt Austin where very happening at night. Walking to Mt Austin is possible but expected about maybe 15min walk thou. Host is very responsive, sent texts to ensure smooth check in & check out. Host has a helper, Uncle Choi to oversee the unit. Uncle Choi sent texts and videos to guide the check in. Sorry Uncle Choi, you sleep late that night as we check in near midnight. Overall we very satisfied, highly recommended.

Booked this for a 5 night stay. There’s alot of room and extra beds. The hot and cold water filter made our stay easy as we have an infant. The kitchen works well, as it uses gas stoves. Overall a very worth while stay.

Host was responsive and wasy to communicate with. The arcade games provided by host was the main highlight for the kids. Place was clean and exactly like the photos

It was as shown as the pictures. Ample of space and great view. Only downside was collection of keys was at a restaurant and it was raining when we departed. Also, masterbedroom’s toilet was filled with flies that we didn’t end up using it and used the common toilet instead. Otherwise everything’s great

We had a great stay here. The host gave clear and detailed instructions before check-in, which made everything so smooth and easy. Communication was excellent — very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.
