My parents was very happy during the stay. For my personal suggestion perhaps check in priority for elderly or little kids who are impatient. Managed to get the keys almost 4pm which my sick father was very tired and endure the process. If I come with friends again I will happy look with Neos back, Thanks for your hospitality.

The Airbnb was nice and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. Its close proximity to a food court was incredibly convenient for meals. We also appreciated how clear and straightforward the instructions were for getting the keys, making our arrival very smooth. thanks Regine

Same like description list, spacious house. Clean and enough for 8 people to stay. Definitely will stay again. The hard one is to find exit parking since the exit sign is not clear. And P4 door for visitor parking is temporary renovate.

Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. Check-in and check-out process were easy and smooth. Accommodation was well furnished, well maintained, clean and looked just like the photos. Air-con, ceiling fans, TV, fridge and water heaters all worked fine. Great experience.

Great place for a quick staycation. Apartment matched description and pics, host very responsive. All good, if i were to nitpicked, it would be the WiFi. Although there are 2 routers in the apartment, it could be optimized by separating the 2.4ghz and 5ghz. At times the Wifi signal is available in the room but somehow no internet connection for some reason.

Had a great 3D2N stay at their unit located @ Paragon Suites. 5 mins’ ride to Woodlands Checkpoint, as well as many food establishments within a 2km radius. The place was clean, however, I believe that it would be perfect if they could run some water beneath the bathtub as well as vacuum the bottom of the bed. Other than that, it was pretty much spotless! Felt at ease and at home. Air conditioning works well with ceiling fans in both the living room and master bedroom. To note, the TV in the living room does have your streaming apps like Netflix and Youtube, but it’s pretty laggy. The TV in the room is broken, and can’t be switched on. Fridge is very cold and clean, does not have any bad smell. There is also corridor lighting turned on during sunset for those who are afraid of “eerie” environments. Neighbours are all around you too which makes you feel so much safer. Would definitely recommend and come back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Hosts were very clear with the check in instructions a couple of days before our trip, much appreciated as it’s my first time booking an AirBnb. Very simple and straightforward, staff Ellia met us at the guardhouse and she was really friendly and nice. The apartment was super clean and spacious, more than enough space for my parents and me. It’s on the 39th floor with an amazing unblocked view to catch the sunset everyday. Huge windows in the rooms. TV was a little small but we didn’t mind it at all. Even though the apartment is a little more on the older side, everything works perfectly fine. There’s so many food shops just downstairs where we had our breakfast, lunch and dinner. So many convenience stores too. Location is convenient to book a Grab to go anywhere you want. Highly recommended especially if you’re on a budget but want to stay in a convenient, semi-luxurious condo with an incredible view!

The host was really hospitable and responsive on any questions I raised before and during the stay. The house was very spacious and clean, with a great view. I really enjoyed watching sunset from the balcony. It was a great experience for me and my whole family. Would love to come back here. Thank you Mx!

Perfect for a little getaway from the busy streets. Area is peaceful and quiet, yet easily accessible and convenient to get around. Place was very clean, no dirts whatsoever. With cutleries and plates provided, makes it easier for days when we just want to stay inside and order in. Host was highly responsive throughout our stay here, from check in to check out and anything in between. Host gladly gave us some extra time to check out as we had lots of rubbish to clear and needed more time. Highly recommend this place if you need a cosy and clean place to stay during your trip here in Johor Bahru. Will definitely come again next time!

Koh made the check in process very straightforward and was also flexible with the check out timing when we had overslept! The place is nice with a great balcony view and projector works great with the blinds shut. Would stay over again :)

It was a very nice apartment , very cozy and have 5 star hotel service. The host really think of the guuest comfort. Very recomenned. will stay here again next visit. note ; the floor but quite slipery, maybe too clean ...... except that everything is perfect .

Nook's apartment was by far the best I've been in JB. It was extremely clean and well maintained and it didn't have a musky smell at all. The indoor playground was a hit with the kids and all the amenities right down to the nitty gritty are readily available in the apartment. It is also only a short walking distance to Legoland so that's a plus point. Nook was one of the rare hosts who goes over and beyond the check in with me, and give local recommendations and suggestions to what to do. We had a lovely stay overall and felt right at home. We will be back again!
