Half-timbered house located 10 minutes from the A13 and 19 km from Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg and Houlgate. The house was renovated in 2020 and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. Located on the beach and 5mn walk from city center, our house can accommodate up to 8 people (*) Enjoy the beach and the terrasse (fully equiped) Ground floor: one large room with living room and kitchen 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (queen size), bathroom and WC. 2nd floor: 2 up to 4 single beds. Basement is independant, with washing machine and dryer. You can store your beach material Private parking for one car IMPORTANT: bed linen and towels optional (10€/pers)

Charming house

Charming Normandy house, renovated with a lot of taste. I really like the decoration, the house is renovated but I kept as many old materials as possible. Expect a journey through time, with modern comforts. Large garden with pool heated to 28 degrees, the pool is open from April to September depending on the weather. The beach is 15 minutes walking. A large, comfortable living room will allow you to enjoy your trip. A billiard room is available upstairs.
