Catherine and her husband are beautiful host. The studio is in pristine condition and very well organized. You have privacy and a beautiful view and you park your car just at doorstep. Catherine is a great person and she is very friendly and supportive. Everything went fine. Marco.

Even though we were just in Newtown for a long weekend visiting some friends, staying at Terry's home felt like a retreat. The house is charming and thoughtfully appointed, and our stay was super comfortable. The view from the breakfast nook out into the rear year was a special treat each morning – especially with the morning fog sitting over the moss covered yard with no neighbors in sight. Our dog loved that too. :) We found everything we needed in the kitchen, the appliances all worked great, and Terry was incredibly responsive to our questions. This is one of those Airbnbs that feels like the reason Airbnb exists. It's not just some property manager looking to make a quick buck – Terry's home is a special place and you can feel the care in every little detail. Thanks for the wonderful stay and I hope we'll be back!

A lovely stay. Plenty of space for our group of 6 (4 adults 2 kids). Our local family visited and accompanied us on days out Although the property was old it was clean and inviting with its own quirks. The beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding for those colder evenings, adequate kitchen utensils, crockery and appliances with a laundry facility which we found very useful. All in all a great stay for our first venture into air b&b

The place is very comfortable and well stocked. Everything about the location, parking, amenities was easy and nice. The only concern I would have had is that the key was in the rental office which closes at 5:00. I'm not sure how I would have gotten in if I had arrived later in the day? But other than that it was a pleasure staying at Ruth's place.
