Family-friendly vacation rentals in Dammartin-en-Goële

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

We had a wonderful week at the house. Sandrine and Willy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We travelled with 6 toddlers, and the house and grounds were safe, private and brilliant for a relaxing week away. Couldn’t recommend the house more. A big thank you to Sandrine and Willy for being excellent hosts!

We had a great weekend at Christelle's place. The sauna and hot tub were much appreciated. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable with their private bathroom. Christelle was a nice host who showed us the walks and places to visit in the area. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice short stay with family . Very welcoming, smiling and friendly host. Proposed hot tub, pool and jeep tower to take a ride through the forest. Charming little house isolated from the eyes of others but not far from the hosts in case of problems which is very good . Opportunity to walk and meet the goats and horses which made our 3-year-old daughter happy. Possibility to shop not too far away and next to some nice places to do. Beauvais Cathedral/Saint Paul Park… We recommend this small place of charm and calm . We wish Philippe and his family well and lots of beautiful things .

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. We had a great stay! Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was super nice, cute and charming. Would definitely stay there again.

Clear instructions in advance, quick response if needed. Pleasant host and charming apartment tastefully decorated and full of thoughtful touches (coffee, bottle of water, etc.) I would recommend it.

Everything was in perfect condition, we arrived late and he was attentive to the questions I asked him. There is a supermarket nearby, and it is a very quiet area. 8 minutes from the RER that connects you to the center of Paris in an hour and in 5 minutes if you go to Disney. Definitely highly recommended for family trips

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for that. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't entirely safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable in summer. The view is priceless. View over the city is fantastic.

This is my favorite place to stay in Paris! I loved sitting on the sofa with the windows open listening to the city outside. It's a great place with everything you need and there is so much to discover just by walking around the neighborhood. Fred and his wife are excellent hosts and so easy to work with! Merci beaucoup!

We felt comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed: bed linen, towels, coffee, etc. The location is quiet in a backyard and the apartment even has a small, walled terrace. We found it practical that there are numerous bakers or small There are grocery stores. We had our bikes with us, in a few minutes you can be at the Place de la Republique. We did all the tours by bike, worked very well, as bike paths are installed everywhere in Paris.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home last week. The house was charming, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. But the real favorite was the garden — peaceful, with beautiful trees, perfect for relaxing in the heart of nature. Our dog loved it too — he lived like a king, running around and enjoying every moment. Great place to get away from the noise of the city and reconnect with nature. Jean-Philippe, is incredibly kind, welcoming and caring. It feels like he really wants his guests to feel good. We can't wait to come back — very soon, I hope! I highly recommend this little slice of heaven to anyone looking for calm, charm and authenticity.

Lovely, quaint apartment in a superb location! Had a wonderful stay at Maxime’s apartment. The place was spotless and well maintained. Having the RER A and Metro Line 1 close by was also a bonus as it made it very convenient for exploring Paris. Overall a pleasant stay, would absolutely recommend to other families 💯☺️

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

You can go to various subway lines in just 10 minutes on foot. I heard that it is safe among the various areas of Paris. The accommodation is cozy and has an elevator, so you don't have to go up with your luggage. There are also plenty of good restaurants around. The Eiffel Tower is next to it, so you can't see it, but the scenery in front of you is beautiful. It was a nice place to spend time comfortably.

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very nice, thoughtful and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, the machine not being in the accommodation. When we arrived, fresh orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate touch! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 min from the park by car). When we arrived, we had the nice surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We would recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly come back if the opportunity arises!
