Enjoy a cozy stay in this quiet 85 m2 apartment close to the citycenter. An apartment for the "picky" and calm guest :-) The apartment is new renovated and clean and nice decorated. Its cozy with danish design furnitures, and all inventory is of a high quality. The bed is an Auping. The property is quiet and there is a cozy yard. Within 200 m you find the centermetro and Assistens Kirkegaard and a lot of cozy cafe's, take-aways, restaurants and shops around the corner. 2 km to the city center.

This apartment has a lovely calm and cozy vibe surrounded by amazing views of Carlsberg and Copenhagen to the sea. We love living with beautiful design objects and some completely natural elements in between. This is a place to be relaxed, creative, cooking or just contemplating the cityscapes. Located in the attractive old brewery site of Carlsberg filled with heritage buildings, squares, cafes and restaurants. Surrounded by beautiful parks, the hip Enghave Plads and the vibrant Vesterbro.

Live close to the city in quiet surroundings. We live in a 2-family house on a residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors. It is quiet here, even though the big city is not far away. Approx. 20 minutes to get into the city. 8 minutes walk to the station. We stay in the apartment downstairs, so we can help if there is anything you need. The garden is cozy with fruit trees and chickens, and you are welcome to sit outside when the weather is good. There are shops nearby.
