Gite in the heart of the Perche (10 min from Bellême and 50 min from Le Mans) that can accommodate up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the floor of an old outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the percheron countryside and admire our vegetable garden. We look forward to welcoming you to our haven!

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this cottage in all inclusive formula is ideal to go green! Single-storey percheron farmhouse: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove – wood provided, sofa bed for 2 people (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm – sheets provided) on the ground floor, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.

Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two cities classified as a small town of character. You can admire the Basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions within the area. We are close to the forests of Belleme, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cidrerie, cheese maker, organic vegetable & others..
