Perfect place near the beach. Quiet but can walk to the beach and multiple restaurants and small shops in 1 min. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Helped us with transportation, recommendations, and work with us leading up to the trip. 100% recommend staying here!

We can't say enough positive things about Villa Mila, Agios Prokopios beach and Naxos in general. We just returned from two weeks in Greece, including six days at Villa Mila. Naxos was our second stop after Santorini, and we didn't think that anything could top Santorini. We were wrong. Naxos has a special combination of beauty, a relaxed vibe, great restaurants, and one of the most incredible beaches in Greece and maybe even the world. It was the perfect place for our family of five to spend a relaxing six days together. The house itself is beautiful, and the rooftop patio with the hot tub is an added bonus. Michail, the host, was so helpful and friendly and arranged rides for us and met us at our arrival. Be sure to rent a car and visit a couple of sites in the mountains (we had lunch at Rotonda and visited the town of Apeiranthos) and also spend a part of a day exploring Naxos Chora. I highly recommend Villa Mila and we are already talking about returning to Naxos.

Stayed the second time in the Villas, this time in the Villa North. Both Villas are similar. Thomais is a great host, easy to reach and very responsive. The house is in perfect condition, absolutely clean and provides for everything that is needed. Location is good and quiet, a two minute walk to the beach and provides access to multiple dining options and the inner city within a 10 min walk. Thanks for having us and making this another great stay in Naxos. We'll be back!

We stayed 9 nights with Marcos. Our check in was changed multiple times due to the Greek national strikes and our ferry and then flights getting cancelled. Marcos was incredibly helpful, flexible and let us check in during the early hours. The home is just beautiful. You really feel like you have to pinch yourself. It's like falling into the set of Mamma Mia. The beds are really comfortable and we cooked many nights. The home is well equipped, despite being traditional. The showers are hand held traditional Greek Solar and took a beat to warm up first thing, but it's all part of the overall charm of the place. We felt instantly at home. Our two boys adored their room. We were blessed with beautiful weather. Sitting outside on an evening is an absolute highlight. The view is spectacular. The resort is 5-10 minutes walk. We parked right outside the gate. There is so much to do. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back. Perfect host, spectacular home, gorgeous island.

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place! From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The house itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. And the breakfast each morning was such a treat, something we genuinely looked forward to every day. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better stay. Highly recommend!

The best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The place was incredible and the host was the kindest friendliest guy ever. Was only there for three nights but wanted to stay for longer! The views were unbeatable and the island is the perfect mix of nature and town. Wonderful time, couldn’t recommend this place and host more.

We had a really wonderful time in Kastraki! The apartment was clean and well appointed, and the veiw from the terrace was dreamy. We woke up to crashing waves and a view of the beach, and ended the days with a view of the sun setting over the sea.. We hope we'll be back soon. A perfect holiday ❤️

Our stay was wonderful. Stelios and all the staff were very friendly and responsive. The location is peaceful and private. Bedrooms and living area were extremely comfortable and stocked with all you need. The fruit, coffee, wine were a nice and unexpected touch. The private pool was an extra bonus. Would definitely stay again if visiting Naxos.
