House was beautiful and had everything we needed. All the reviews are accurate if this place. I would stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only thing I felt was odd is how the host needed everyone’s passport photos. This was a first for me.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Cevat and his wife, Ms. Songül, for their attention and smiling faces to us during our holiday process. They were very helpful in supplying what we needed, for example, when the water heater broke down, they immediately replaced it. The pool was quite nice and clean, it was cleaned every day. The house was very cute and warm as it appeared in the photos:) The kitchen supplies were sufficient. In terms of location, a yacht tour can be done with the advantage of being close to the Gocek Yacht Port, you can go to the nearby Inlice Beach, but it is convenient to come by car for different activities. It is a very good choice for those who do not go anywhere and stay at home and enjoy the pool and enjoy the calm 👌🏻

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. It's an ideal home for a vacation. The host's approach was also very good, and there is nothing we can say is missing for the house, I recommend. If there is something I want to add extra, even though we forgot the key at home, they immediately contacted and helped me, and I would like to thank them.

The house was close to perfect and had every service said. Our host stayed in constant contact with us even though she was out of town. The items of the house were of great quality and useful, but the refrigerator does not cool enough, and there were not enough sheets and pillow cases to sleep in. The view of the house was at the perfect airport. The moments of landing and taking off of the planes were fun for the children, but sometimes the loud noise disturbed me. There is a buffet within the site, but it's a little salty. There is a comfortable and ample space for parking. The pool was clean and they came to maintenance twice during a week's stay.

We had a fab week at Tugay's beautiful villa, the pictures don't do it justice. It was an ideal size and layout for two families with two children. Pool is also perfect for small children due to the large shallow area. Tugay gave us very clear instructions to find the villa and was very flexible with both check-in and a slightly later check-out. He also sent recommendations for local supermarkets as we had some specific items we couldn't get from the local shop. There is a shop, beach and some restaurants a short walk but we were glad of the transport we'd arranged so we could explore the area further.

This husband wife duo were amazing! They gave me many local recommendations and made us feel like family. The house was perfect for a week of relaxation with and incredible kitchen and dining setup. We rented bikes for the week and were able to bike to the path and then to dinner, parks, etc. Please just be extra cautious when biking on the busier roads. This house is located on a busier road but the privacy wall out front doesn’t make it feel that way. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Fethiye!

We were a group of 8 adults and 7 kids who felt right at home! It was a perfect get away place peaceful and relaxing. Esra's communication and responsiveness was second to none. It made the stay so much better for us. She was always trying to support and help with all of the group's requirements. The property itself was tastefully decorated and adequately furnished. The whole group had private space and when we wanted to get together the communal space was equally good. Would highly recommend this place!

Amazing stay, had a beautiful pool and surrounding area, very well equipped with all the amenities for my family including my small baby. Weather was chilly so Cem equipped us with multiple heaters as well as the AC function for heating. Just would mention the pool isn’t heated so would be fine when weather is hot enough. Was a few power cuts but Cem kept us updated throughout. Will definitely be staying again!!

I can say that there is no shortage as shown in the photos. Mr. Sinan was very interested. We had a hot water problem, but it was resolved in a short time because it was an unexpected malfunction. It was a quiet and calm neighborhood, very safe. There are markets nearby, you can go to all your needs. A place to stay with peace of mind. See you again in the summer

We had a peaceful and enjoyable staff at Hüseyin’s place. The pool was cleaned every day and the house was in a very quiet area. Huseyin was very responsive and helpful. Great place!

Property is new and clean. Each room has air conditioner. 5-10 min walk from the shops, bars restaurants and pier. Two Wi-Fi networks (one pw one without pw). Peaceful and quiet place. Very helpful property manager (called Ozgur). Large swimming pool which was checked regularly in the morning. GF bedroom ideal for people with mobility issue (like my mother). I highly recommend the place.

From day one great communication no problems getting to the Villa where we was greeted by Ulas who speaks English, lovely home and pool everything we needed was there, immaculate pool cleaned early everyday. We also was given a taxi number by the host very reliable and honest taxi driver was excellent for our 14 nights. Will need a taxi or vehicle to get to Calas Beach just down the road.

This house is stunning and spacious. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool is clean and a good size and both the pool and garden are well maintained. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Gocek is a lovely location with a beautiful marina and lots of great restaurants and shops. There is lots to do in the surrounding area, such as boat trips, horse riding, water parks and more. Great for groups, families and couples alike. The host is super helpful with recommendations and advice. Would thoroughly recommend this location and house for a super holiday. We’ll be back I hope! 😬

Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Emrah was a great host. He was always available and took care of all our matters immediately. Super friendly and helpful. Despite being on his honeymoon, he was always reachable. We felt super comfortable. The villa corresponds 100% to the description it was made with a lot of love. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the region.
