The house has access to its own boat dock where you can fish and swim. At the dock, there are rowboats and canoes available for use from May to September.

In one with nature There are good fishing opportunities in Stora Le. Which the yard borders. It is possible to rent a 14ft alu boat, with 20Hp. It is only rented to people who are used to a boat. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, dishwasher, coffee maker, stovetop and oven. The balcony faces south with sun to late afternoon. There is one bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. Clean and fresh.

Magnus' vacation home is a great retreat for families if you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest in Sweden away from the big cities. The house is older and the interior is therefore rather rustic, but it is very cozy and you quickly feel comfortable. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped, a real gem in fine weather. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Jan-Olof's cabin! The location was absolutely amazing, perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Jan-Olof was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed – from boat to firewood and all the amenities to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We felt really welcome and would highly recommend this cottage to others. We are looking forward to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. The location and the house are unique. The lake views from every window are incredible. We took beautiful hikes right by the lake, collected mushrooms, fished from the jetty and were out and about with the in-house canoe. Many thanks Therese for the always helpful communication and this beautiful spot!

We had a wonderful 10 days in Gustavsfors. We are a family of 5: 2 adults and three children aged 11, 14 and 16. The house is exactly as described and was perfect for us. There is a swimming spot 5 minutes away and the views of the lake are stunning. Communication with Bosse was great and we had everything we needed. Would love to come back in the future!

Secluded and close to nature, pleasant and dog-friendly accommodation. Dry birch wood was waiting in the cabin so we could enjoy burning in the fireplace in the evenings. Nice hiking trails and a lot of chanterelles!

ED a good place to be for big and small

We felt that this home was exceptional. Every possible need was catered for, including welcome provisions in the fridge. The setting was beautiful, overlooking a lake and surrounded by trees, but with easy access to the small town. It was even better than the photos and we were extremely happy with our choice. It was so nice to see Christmas lights and decorations which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We were guests as a small family (couple with baby) in the cottage of Sabina and Johan and felt completely comfortable! The house is beautifully bright, well-maintained and sparkling clean. Everything we needed for the duration was there - even a high chair for our baby. That was great! The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. The free parking right at your doorstep was especially practical. Although the house is a bit outside, we have quickly and easily reached all our destinations such as Smögen, Fjällbacka, and many nature reserves by car. It's a really beautiful area! Communication was smooth, fast and very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very warm and straightforward. It was nice to chat with the two of them a little. We would highly recommend recommend staying!

Spent a weekend in the apartment which was in perfect walking distance to both harbor and grocery store. Smooth with associated parking. The apartment was bright and fresh, just what you want in early spring! Everything we needed was in the apartment. We are very satisfied
