Heath View Annexe is a separate building in our garden, in a quiet residential street. A spacious bedroom with king size bed, sofa, table & chairs and private bathroom. Private parking behind gates. In the hallway there's a kettle and fridge along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal & porridge pots. Located a mile from central Newmarket and 2 miles from the race courses. 15/20 minute walk to Tattersalls and the Railway station. 13 miles from Cambridge & Ely and 14 miles to Bury St Edmunds.

My place is close to Newmarket races , town centre , horse racing gallops , Cambridge . My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is a great Private room with wet room , twin beds and a camp bed for a third guest . plus kitchen area with the essentials kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge , it also has a single electric hob . It is a quiet location and separate from the main house , there is a back gate entrance ,use car park in scaltback drive.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. Set in the outskirts of the beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds, enjoy a perfect getaway at Tawny Lodge in the heart of Suffolk. Tawny Lodge is a converted stables adjacent to the Old Coach house and backs onto our beautiful 17th century Grade 2 listed house with a courtyard in between. Set in parkland just opposite Nowton Park, Tawny Lodge is only a five minute drive from the vibrant market town centre of Bury St Edmunds, or a scenic 45 minute walk.

A newly renovated Studio Flat 5 miles from Newmarket, 20 miles to Cambridge. It has a fully equipped kitchen, (it does not have a hob, it does have a conventional oven / microwave) , a Washing machine, Shower room, and Double Bed. It has its own access with Car parking on private drive. The Studio has high speed internet and TV with various sports channels. Tea Coffee and Milk offered as standard We are happy to accept pets, for a small fee.
