The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

Welcome to our villa in Leksand! The house is within easy walking distance to both the city center and the beautiful Siljan. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room upstairs. There are also 2 simple extra beds. Modern kitchen, a large living room and dining room. 2 showers 3 toilets. Child-friendly amenities such as high chair, and toys are in place. The house will not be rented out to younger adults/teenagers. No parties allowed. Close to everything Leksand has to offer, from cultural attractions to adventures.

Walking distance to the hill, ICA, train station etc. There are comfortable beds, hot tub, nice espresso machine, large TV with game console, board games and etc. You also do not have to bring bedding, paddle rack, rack and tools for bicycle mechanic and much more that can be thought of for both active vacation and relaxation. My villa is beautifully located by Dalälven's beach, walking distance to the city center and the Vasa Race finish 1.5 km. Most of the house is newly renovated. If I am in Mora, I will of course help with pick-up & info. Large terrace overlooking the river. It's a large plot of land right by the river. One bathroom with shower and toilet. And a shower cabin in the basement. Nice social areas with plenty of space and fireplace. Code lock so no key is needed. No pets as there are allergies in the family.
