I had a wonderful stay at Vahagn's cozy apartment in this peaceful village, not far from Yerevan. The apartment itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Vahagn was incredibly helpful and communicative, ensuring that I felt right at home. Attractions like Hovhannavank, Saghmosavank, and the Armenian Alphabet Park are nearby. And getting to Yerevan was convenient, with a bus and marshrutka stop a manageable walk away. I highly recommend Vahagn's place for a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

The host is very friendly and proactively communicate. He was flexible with the check-in time and made sure we had all the answers we needed. The apartment is clean and nice. Unfortunately, due to the smoggy horizon of Yerevan we couldn’t see Ararat that good, but it is really up to the weather.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay: several sets of bed linen and sets of towels, spare pillows, blankets, blankets. There is absolutely everything for cleaning. Plenty of places to put your belongings. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of kitchen utensils - everything was abundant and even more. What is very important - there was a dishwasher for all this. The apartment has a gas heating system, you can independently adjust the temperature of the batteries and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The only disadvantage is the noise insulation of the front door. If someone speaks in the entrance hall, it will be heard. Overall the experience is great. The house is in a quiet sleeping area. Within 7 minutes walk from the house there are shops with good assortment and prices: MG and EightyEight. There is also a market and a wonderful Danielyan Sweets coffee shop nearby. A separate kind of pleasure is the view. With good weather, the view of sunset Ararat is beautiful. Our gratitude to the hostess for the apartment, which has become a home for us for these 3 weeks

Vacation in Yerevan, November 2019🙂 The host Elena met her on arrival at the airport, at a reasonable price she drove to the accommodation, on the way she told us about local life and places where you can eat and relax in the city and beyond, which was very pleasant. The place is perfectly clean, decorated in a modern style, and has everything you need for a super comfortable stay. The combination of price is perfect. The information in the listing about the amenities is accurate. Any domestic issues were resolved quickly and easily. The vacation has flown discreetly, but great memories of Yerevan will remain thanks to your hospitality. I 😊 definitely recommend the hostess Elena's place.

Artak and Nune are really, really good hosts.My plane landed late, and I picked up my luggage at about 1:00 in the middle of the night. Nune and Artak picked me up at the airport and sent me to the B&B. Although they couldn't speak English, they still communicated with me very earnestly using Airbnb and translation software.The next day, Artak also helped me with the cash and address issues.It's really a very, very touching and caring host!
